If this thing works, and I would doubt it very much, because I had thirty years as an engineer at sea, it would be the first and only I've ever heard of that did. A friend of mine, also an engineer perfected a system using three tanks and shipbuilders were beginning to use his system . When I joined a ship that's the first thing I pulled apart trying to do what it specified. No such luck.
