Not used the Mk2 sigma so can’t comment but the 150 on this is suuuuper helpful for weddings honestly!!

@@RussellKentNicholls People are sleeping on these "Very Very Cheap Cine Lens"... i did my research... when the mk1 came out... but i wanted to wait for the mk2... i live in Shanghai, but i am from NYC. I found in China only the 24-35-50mm then i had months looking for the other 3 lens to complete the Full Set. i found 1 in a few different Countries. lol until my friend in Seoul Korea... helped me find all three. I had to book a flight to pick them up. lol WELL WORTH IT... I will put them in use 2025 in Full Force... with my Canon R5c

Awesome shots and grading. Have you encountered problems with AF in video mode? I saw a lot of users complain early on that the AF was very unreliable for video. Did the firmware update fix this?

Tiny cine lenses, that's crazy! Perfect for gimbals! Btw, I have an Ursa G2 and I'm looking for a B camera to use for gimbal shots. I was considering the S1H or the Ronin 4D, and I noticed on your channel that you've used the S1H before. How would you compare the image quality of these two cameras? The main advantage of the S1H for me is its photography capabilities.

Thanks!! I love my S1H and seemed to get a great image from it when I had it years ago (now on the S5II). Tbh I prefer the motion of the Ronin 4D despite having worse rolling shutter.

The very stiff zoom ring is probably their answer for the problem on E-Mount version where it has a very bad lens creep! 😂 I'm an E-Mount user and this is why I returned this lens despite being a great performer lenses. I might try to buy again soon cause I heard some versions of this lens on E-Mounts has already fixed that problem.

Thypoch seems to only be in business to copy everything Leica does. From photography to cinema lenses. I will never buy any of these cheap Chinese lenses.

It's quite a nonsense, no matter the esthetic design or mechanic design is so different with Leica. There are some other brand are just making 1:1 copy of Leica lenses, so you are almost saying the most unlike Leica-ish M mount lens is copying Leica lenses?

Im pretty sure on my 4D you press and hold the left grip M button for sport mode dude? When you release it it goes back into 'gimbal' mode. Lenses / hair look great, long my set!

Thank you!! Yep M button on the top handle or if you do the Left Handgrip M button and hold it and double click the left trigger, it stays on!! Same with all Ronins (Ronin-S, RS2 Pro onwards) that I've had!!

Yes I think I needed to recalibrate mine too, some of the AF wasn't always working with the lidar but that's not a lens problem, it's a me problem 😂

Nice use of sports mode. I'm waiting on the upcoming 21mm and M mount for my 4D. They're good people at CineGearPro, I was able to test the Dulens and Athenas at their space.

Currently use ronin 4d 6k and have been debating on the simera c since the announcement. What is your honest opinion if you would get these lenses and if not what other lenses have caught your eye? I’m on the fence with thypoch and nisi as I want a 5 lens set. Faster, more character, lighter, but with focus breathing or slower, minimal to no focus breathing, heavier, but has pl mount.

I'm hoping they bring out an L-Mount version, then I would deffo commit to them! They're so light which helps an already super-awkward setup. I've not tried the NiSi ones but they look really nice, I think the Thypoch has a bit of a more interesting bokeh from what I've seen (swirlier at the edges). Focus breathing doesn't worry me too much!

@ I definitely recommend to get an e mount adapter. Having l mount and e mount will just open up your choices because it could be forever before they release an l mount version

From an American that owns multiple muscle cars. This is just ugly and riced out. We see teenagers with these builds in the states. Here we keep them mostly stock on the outside other than some carbon. We put all the money into actual performace. 5-12k in suspension/breaks, 25k-35k in the motor, and about 2-5k in wheel/tire to put down 800-1200whp depending on how your racing it. The car you built would get mopped by most real racers in every event and probably cost more.
