Sorry dude, quick question! Is it the k&F concept Black Mist 1/4 + ND2-400 Variable ND Filter you're using? If so , how do you find it strength wise? Unsure whether to go with the 1/8 or 1/4 from K&F! They don't do 1/8+ND, so not sure whether to go with the 1/8 and just stick the current ND I have

In the high endish market myself for weddings. Debating picking one of these up for commercial, narrative and some styled stuff like this. What were some of the recording times for the different codecs. I know 8k raw and 8k anything is a lot (like 30-40min on the 1tb) but what about 4k ?

Thank you! 8K ProRes HQ = 45 min in 25fps; not sure on raw as I’ve not bought the additional license. In 4K H264 which I use most of the time, you get about 18 hours worth on 1TB.

Hi! Actually I find it pretty comparable image wise to my primes! I’ve not taken the lens off my lumix since it arrived. It’s perfect. The versatility is such a clutch!

I can honestly say your grading is top tier. Many KZbinrs and wedding videographers have a very harsh contrast in them and harsh highlights and yours have a soft and gentle look that actually looks truly cinematic

so you have used the L mount on the 4D ? do you need a mount converter for going DL mount ?

I use the L Mount version of the lens :) no converter is available; but the Mount on the camera is interchangeable (L, DL, E, M)

Just got my Ronin 4D with e mount adaptor. Already have a set of sony primes... 20, 35, 85mm. Do cine lenses really give that much of a different look and are they worth the investment? Another question, the Rode videomic mounted to the side. Doesnt it pickup the gimball sounds? As I read alot of comments that you have to mount your mic at a standoff from the gimball. thx
