Mujo Ulqinaku was a low-rank sergeant of the Albanian Royal Army. However, because of his bravery and actions on 07.04.1939, I think he outclassed even the coward King Zog himself.

I'm proud that my family had the honor of supporting Ulqin's hero and hosting him in our home, where, as a child, I had the honor of meeting him in person. I also had the opportunity to employ his nephew, Rruzhdi, as a teacher in Shtoj near Ulqin.

Kol Marash Zefi - I learned of his name from a young age. He was a brave soul, and it is a shame what happened. His sacrifice, and the sacrifice of Hodo Begu, Dom Nikoll Tusha, Hasan Llunji, etc - will never be forgotten as long as our association exists!
