Nooo you wasnt using tighnaris skill properly 😭😭 he mainly does his damage using his charge attacks, which after using his skill he gets 3 charges which bassicly instantly charge up 3 charge attacks

congrats on the Nahida pull!! i quit right before Sumero came out and came back to the game like 3 weeks ago, farmed so many pulls and got her c1 (and 2 Dehya constellations unfortunately lol).

I love Nahida, I got her after 50 pulls and felt super lucky but 7 pulls is insane! I hope you have fun with her she is super strong and cute :)

I had to skip multiple banners just to get one copy of Raiden Shogun and her signature weapon. I literally lost one 50/50 on each of those banners before eventually pulling Raiden and her weapon, and for Raiden's banner, I had to go to 70 pity before I pulled her. I also prepared a near perfect artifact set for her and got enough materials to level her up to level 90 as well. Sometimes, no matter how much you invest in a character, your luck may not be the best with actually pulling for them.🖤💜

Your main issue is energy recharge. I'm talking about Kazuha and Bennett, for Kazuha aim for around 200% and Bennett 230% but they will need more or less depending on the team. Kazuha also doesn't need crit dmg and only needs about 30% crit rate if you are using favonius sword because giving him elemental mastery to buff your teams damage will give your higher dps overall for his talents, they don't matter that much. Something like 6/6/6 is fine. Bennett I would just go for more Energy then you need because he doesn't really require much else anyways but you can give him crit for personal damage or hp% for healing if you like. For his talents level his burst to 9-10, skill if you like him to do some sub dps and normal attack is useless stop leveling it.
