Toby Fox was inspired heavily by EarthBound when he made Undertale and Deltarune and I think that its no more evident than the part the starts at 0:16. Basically the entire first half of that little number there is used as a motif in Undertales soundtrack. Listen to "Confession" and you'll draw the similarities

@@sythem I was probably under leveled when I got to him. He wiped out everyone except Ness and then finished him off, and OF COURSE I had the Casey Bat equipped 🤦🏾♂️ Although, it was my first playthrough…

@@Fabian.J funny how you reply to a comment 3 months ago in half an hour although i did little to no grinding and had a lot of pp when i got there (mainly because i was avoiding enemies) he was easy to beat also the store spook died from 1 single multi bottle rocket that did 1280 damage
