Amla has a strong taste, it's not just sour, when i taste amla fruit I can tell u it's give different taste vibe all in one fruit, which makes it unique .you can chew and swallow amla fruit without any objection but I can't, I do eat things that are sour without facial expressions.mind you pls reason before you comment, you can eat amla good and fine it's a healthy fruit I wish I can eat it too, but I'll just apply it to my hair ,thanks for watching. Yes you can mix both for hair spray, 1 cup of water, 1tbp of amla, 1tbp of fenugreek seeds or powder mix and keep for six hours , fillter into yr spray bottle, spray on the hair and massage, use it 3 times a week 😊

You're wlc , hope you'll give it a try, it works but you also need intense moisture

Pls do it works, while growing my hair I used only two spray combo on my hair: the first mix was (8)different herbs, you can check my pervious video for review .the second spray mix was this in particular, cloves, rosemary &fenugreek . I decided to add hibiscus because its denefical and it also got good reviews from various channels. Am still using the mix on my hair, it's a one week challenge, I observe and notice it effects on my hair .I ll make a review when the challenge is over. Stay tuned, thanks for subscribing

Yes you can, make sure to massage into your scalp, always cover with a clean plastic bag or shower cap for an hour after applying but never the less try to apply it on a loss hair for faster results ❤

Start using a hair butter,put a clean water in a spray bottle, add leaven in conditioner, shake and spray on your hair every morning, and also get a deep conditioner, if you have more questions feel free to ask.
