Tbh most of the passengers don't help by overreacting causing the drivers to panic etc. But realistically not one of these drivers should have a licence. They should make everyone do a retest every 10 years or so. It would get a lot of the terrible drivers we currently have off the road for awhile, at least till they learn to drive properly.
