Them headshells are notorious for not sitting flat, vestax headshells are the same, I’ve had to push many on the kitchen bench a square them properly. You can bend them into position pretty easily mind

You mean turntable, speakers, preamp/receiver? The whole point in investing at all is a superior sound experience, otherwise it doesn't make sense to invest because analog hasn't been practical since the mid 80s. I purchased everything we have used because as long as you shoot for restored quality, there's no need to break the bank. 3,000 will buy you everything you need for a top quality _(but used)_ audio equipment. Don't listen to fools that are spending less for crap quality that is brand new. Before I woke up, I used to be one of those fools and it's only a waste.

Why everyone uses Audio Technica for their Techniks turntable? They are not the same company, just from the same country.

Technics is from Japan and manufactures the SL-1200 in Japan. Audio Technica is a Japanese-based company, but all manufacturing is done in China, so no their turntables are not built in the same country. This must have been the only video of mine you clicked on. I sold my LP120 back in 2018 and have had a Technics SL-1200 for the last 6+ years.

Help! I loosed the hinge screws on the back of my Mk2 to try and loosen the input so when you slide the dustcover in it doesn't scratch the back of the plinth. It ended up loosing it and now when I put the dustcover in it closes too close on the back end touching the plinth. It didn't do this before I loosened it as it sat high and didn't touch the plinth. But now it does how can I fix it back to normal.

That's a rough description. So you've loosened them too much, so what's preventing you from tightening them back the way you had them before?

I cant take the white cartridge off. I pulled down like i saw here but the whole assembly has come out and exposed the 4 soldered wires connecting to the needle.

The 'Cartridge' is not removable from the LP60, it's affixed to the tonearm. That's why the title of the video says, "Replacing the Stylus" because the stylus is what is being replaced. I'm thinking your comment is lacking validity, because it would take a great deal of strength to rip the cartridge right off the tonearm of the LP60. Not sure how that happens when you can clearly see me easily detaching the stylus with little effort.

I definitely heard some EXTRA $hi+ (in a good way of course) I haven't ever heard before, like those faint background harmonies on the chorus. More pronounced on this track through my good planar Magnetic headphone setup. .. AWESOME ! YEEEOOW ! CHEERS ! L.G 🎶🎧🎵💯👍

Remarkable transfer of this notoriously flimsy and shrill Odyssey-LP. Musically, however, I prefer her 1969 live recording (albeit plagued by ghostly background voices). The 1969 is much more relaxed and less harsh.

1210 is perfectly fine. You'll have that voltage switch option for European electrical current if you want it.
