My $79 Kmart bread machine makes a nice loaf of white that my kiddos and Mother enjoy. The rest of my loaves are usually hand made sourdough in a dutch oven. If my bread machine dies, I'll most likely invest in a bread machine that has a sourdough setting :)

My mom had given me this baggie over 25years ago either that gooey looking stuff in. She said it was Amish Friendship bread and to follow the directions written on the ziplock baggie. St first I was grossed out thinking how many people had their hands and nasty noses and stuff around it. I got over it and followed the directions and it was truly good. But I never understood the whole feeding thing and passing it along until I heard how Sourdough bread is made with a starter.

U can use that to clean yourself. Us Muslims we are used to cleaning ourselves up after doing whatever you went to do there as a way to keep our bodies clean especially because of our prayers rooutines
