Make sure open cmd run as administrator and give the path properly if still doesn’t then restart the system and try again

I think Belen’s etcher’s new release do not allow you to continue with a missing partitions table or if your os is in danger of being deleted or just won’t have enough space to fully load a new operating system. Like installing parrot is home edition in Ubuntu for example.

you need to specify a valid Windows cab which contains all the files required during the repairing process, properly check the location and also mention exact location in that command

What is the purpose of having the .cab file on the C drive if you point to windows installation media? even with the /limited access and source option it seems that it still wants to run out to the internet.

you can download it from external source and copy it to the system then run it !

and this is just an example that path you need to check before running the command it doesn’t matter where you keep the .cab file make sure path you need to mention it correctly
