We will be sharing another video regarding same issue hope it helps till then try changing boot option UEFI to Legacy or Legacy to UEFI if your laptop is dell then in the BIOS try changing AHCI to RAID

Click this instead of RST try this downloadmirror.intel.com/22824/eng/intel(r)_usb_3.0_extensible_host_controller_driver_5.0.4.43_v2.zip and click load driver if your system is 32bit select x86 or else x64 (remember you need to select manually ) after that it loads the driver and then select the compatible driver (which it auto selects ) if you get error try 2-3 times your problem will be solved :)
