Hello metamud8686! The cameraman would be myself. And or my friends. Yes. Amateurs at best. I try and get all my footage done horizontal for tv and computer viewing pleasure but have had a few clips I wanted included done vertical. Thanks for watching. Jake.

I like it when we all try to think out of the box. That set-up is interesting. Have you tried staggering the snares before? If you don’t try something new we’d all still be living in caves. Also good to see a strong and loving relationship between a MAN and a WOMAN. Don’t see it very much these days. Well done.

City girl from Missouri here. I'm guessing that your reasoning for trapping these animals might be for population control? I heard you guys say that it helps increase the herds of moose and other animals too. Do you sell the pelts? Obviously you don't eat a wolf that's been dead for days... enlighten me please!!! Thank you!

Trapping fur bearing animals is what built this country. It was Canadas first economic driver. This industry still thrives today. Google it Susan and or check out my channel. I’ve been running it for five seasons now.

Susan I'm glad u asked and didn't just start bashing and shaming this man.trapping is a very useful tool to keep predator populations in balance it helps most all animals in nature left unchecked all wildlife would overpopulate and eventually die horrible deaths do to starvation disease or eventually human interaction

I've watched quite a few channels of trappers setting for marten and I do believe you are the only one I've seen who has more than 1 set at a location. I never trapped marten but have trapped fisher and I ALWAYS had 2 sets waiting. A pole or tree with a cage and a foothold set one the ground. Nice video and beautiful mountains!!
