Some hotels have a deal with the local gym, I typically check for that. And I shop at Trader Joe’s (they’re great for single serve meals-I typically get 2servings out of it). I also look for hotels with a park nearby too. I like to go walking or jogging.

I failed at planning and that means I failed BigTime 😢 Watching your videos is an eye opener, I always want to plan like simple and on the spot . I should have known you before I drowned myself to fictional decorative planning 🫣🫣🫣🫣

I have been there, give yourself some grace! Simple planning has really worked best for me, but if you enjoy the decorative planning that's perfectly fine. Might be a good idea to switch back and forth and figure out what brings you the most joy

Hey Frankie, Thanks for sharing. As you know I'm in the early stages of my channel. I decided to focus on weight loss. I was very hesitant to choose that niche but i wanted to get healthy and felt that was a good start for me. I decided to use my name so i could pivot if i wanted to. It's definitely not a failure. “You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. This youtube journey is a rollercoaster of emotions and tough to juggle with a full time job and family. I agree it has to be fun. I created two videos in the past two days and I still don't feel like my personality is showing . Best of luck , I follow along.

I know what you mean about self help overload. I found that for me they became a tool of procrastination and searching for some kind of productivity nirvana. It fine to read a book on time management, but writing a plan on a piece of paper with timings around how you will spend your day, is also just as good. I feel sometimes self development overcomplicates simple concepts.Previous centuries had none of these tools and made great discoveries just with pen and paper and concentration.
@frankiemolinelli

I’ve been going through the same. I was getting myself into huge debt with the amount of business coaches, courses and memberships I kept buying. My email list filled with a bunch of “storytelling”marketing promotions. I found myself feeling like I couldn’t do what I was actually passionate about unless it was “scalable “. I hate the b-rolls and looking for popular audio trends. I miss when things were just normal. I reached a point where I had to unfollow and unsubscribe from a lot of things. I truly appreciate this video and it’s definitely what I needed to see.

Yes, exactly! I recently unfollowed and unsubscribed to a lot of things as well. It was needed and I feel so much better for it. Its time to make things simple again. Thank you for sharing 😊

@frankiemolinelli
@frankiemolinelli Ай бұрын
Make it simple. Start with just a pen and piece of paper with a small to do list. Once you stick with that for a bit you can start looking at a detailed planner. The idea here is the planner works for YOU, not the other way around.

Hey Frank, I just found this in the Matt D'Avella course. I liked and subscribed. I'm only six videos into this journey. Very impressed with your video , great tone and b roll. I'm going to post video over the weekend in which i show a little more personality and b-roll. I experimented a little with the first five videos and i'm leaning into selling personality / story/ journey. I'm not very active in the groups hopefully that'll change. Anyway , I'll check out the rest of the channel. Talk soon

Hey Mr. Molinelli. Writing you from Indianapolis. I just came across your videos this month and they're appreciated. I literally have a small cabin in the Smokie Mountains on my vision board for just this purpose. And I started "planning" about 2 years ago though I started with empty pages/months. (LOL) Thankfully, that is changing. So thank you for the encouragement. It's great seeing another male sharing this information and advice. Take care, E.P.
