Daily Habits have changed my life! Using a habit tracker helps me see the progress I’m making towards the goals I want to achieve. At first I thought habit tracking would be tedious but I honestly have achieved so much more from tracking my habits.

I use a steno pad to practice the 3 Gratitudes, incorporated into my Daily Exam which is part of my Night Routine. The Ignatius Exam also includes my To-Do list. I like how you set your daily plan, giving me a better way of using my Franklin Planner.

I'd love to get that planner, but it's way too pricy for me (I'm from Argentina and our economy is crap lol). Although, I agree about the importance of habit tracking. I've done it and it has helped me a lot! The only habit I can't track (I'm blocked) is my spending, but I have to find a way to do it! BTW, amazing video as always, Frankie! Hope you and your wife are doing ok! 😊
