las month My rear upper shock bolt broke driving on the highway..My van rarely sees dirt roads and my buildout is light(7800lbs)..2 weeks later my window started cracking from the edge.no chip or anything! Got the brackets installed..window this week!

Congrats on the new building, nice to see new business being so successful. Now a question, considering you install larger gas tanks, suspension kits etc. , I've never heard anyone discuss issues that may occur to the warranty say on a Mercedes when these items are added. Is that something that is discussed prior to the installation so that the owners of these vans are aware of maybe some issues with their warranty??

Warranty would only be effected on the parts replaced. If there was a problem with an aftermarket fuel tank then it would be handled by us or the original equipment manufacturer

Great product, I installed mine to support Wireless phone holder and also Wouxun KG-1000G Plus radio face plate. Super easy to install. one thing for the mic holder get one of the Universal Mobile Radio Microphone Hanger with 3M Adhesive Back, Owl should sell them as option for the kit, they are pretty cheep. Allows you put the mic on corner where there is not place for a 20mm ball.

Not really much you can do. There is an adjustment screw but we have not messed with it. Probably won’t gain much but we will that some point

You would have to find out the lumen of the factory Mercedes Halogens. I did a quick search but didn't find anything published. Thus far, the reviews on the new Alpha Rex have been off the charts.

Do you mean going with a super single in the rear? Reika makes a super single, and we have one in development. Should be out in a couple of months.

Where are the wheels made?

The wheels are manufactured in Asia, where most wheels are made including Black Rhino and Method. These wheels have been thoroughly tested and are of very high quality.

What are the interior depth of each of the boxes? Can a solo stove ranger (15” diameter) fit if it sits right in the opening of the box?

Hi! Isn’t that blue button used for air flow? I’d rather use that than risk opening that hatch! Another trick we like to do is empty some gray water into the cassette when we’re on the road so essentially it gives the cassette an extra cleaning.

Thanks. Just received ours and getting ready to do the install in a week or so. Do you recommend pulling off the batter master switch before beginning this install? Also, how long of a 10mm ratchet extension do you recommend to reach those bolts?

We simply disconnect the battery at the battery when doing the swap. I think I used a 6" extension but a little longer would be ideal. Oftentimes, you need to trim the plastic battery and hold it down slightly to get it to fit again. The Antigravity is slightly longer than stock.

The Garmin accessory ball matches perfectly with the RAM Size C (1.5") arms; RAM lists their Size B ball (1") as capable of holding 2lbs in HD applications and 4lbs for Size C. The Tread XL weighs just over 2lbs, so it would make sense it has the larger 1.5" ball mount

Not to be that guy, but if you buy something in another state and then drive back to your home state you are supposed to pay a use tax thats equal to the sales tax in your state. SORRY just not sure you want to go public with Tax Advice. ;). STORE LOOKS RAD

Thanks for the heads-up. We are obviously not tax professionals or suggesting anyone not pay their taxes. We only wanted to state that folks who get installed in our Portland facility will not be charged sales tax. If they live out of state, it would be their responsibility to pay any applicable sales taxes when they return to their state.
