I have lived in Naples for for almost 19 years now. All the people interviewed in this video comes from money clearly seen. Everyone talks about the Beach the food golf. Now let's expose some truth Not told here. Prostitutes East Naples Bayshore Road and 41 in the plaza, big lots close down, other business have closed down. There been some big fentanyl bust in Naples, Murders in gated communities, lets go shopping away from 5th Ave let's say Walmart on Collier and Davis Blvd you are hard pressed to hear anyone speaking English, so unless you are staying on 5th Ave and way North Naples good luck finding English speaking people, I will give you the weather it's nice here for that. Yes the Naples fishing pier most locals does fish their, on the other hand I have seen people injured from careless fisherman. Naples needs 2 piers one for fishing and one for relaxing. The traffic is getting worse more out of state drivers more accidents and stupid people just being honest. Naples is good for people who have income of 100k pre year of your normal worker like Walmart Publix you will not be dinning alot on 5th Ave nor taking advantage of all the water ways that cost money. There is a lot of stuff not talked about in this video. I can show you run down trailer parks yes in Naples, homeless in Naples, failed business in Naples, I like Naples it's home. It's Republican mostly which is good. Naples has its share off the Illegals people yes Naples has them I know several yes they get a lot of Free food stamps and government money. It's time to show the other side of Naples. I enjoy your video but I also believe you are only showing one side of Naples.

I am curious about what you mean by freedoms-could you explain? …i live in northeast and don’t feel lacking in any fundamental liberties….its not crowded, little traffic…other than the weather its all good…i visit Naples frequently and find the traffic congestion is far worse during tourist season than i experience in upstate ny- i find the pricing in Naples for housing and pretty much everything more expensive there……

My husband and I were fortunate to move down here to Naples from NJ in 2018, before the 2020 price increase insanity. What we paid for our lake view home in North Naples is now what people pay for condos. It is PARADISE here and WE LOVE IT! We pinch ourselves every day. We don't miss the snow, love the beaches and Mercato is close by! LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU NAPLES 💌

Lived here 20 years, relocating from Sarasota. If you enjoy fishing/boating/beach combing; year round golf, nearly 2 million acres of Wilderness just 30-60 minutes away, efficiently run municipal services for your taxes - speaking of taxes we are paying same/less than 20 years ago but our house has nearly doubled in value, great seafood, and yes we have lots of traffic in the winter but who cares - retired now pick your time and less traveled routes…AND very low crime as this area runs conservative - bad guys are put in jail. Leave Naples - very unlikely.

This video is funny! I am a local and have been for many years. Lee county, Collier county is all suffering due to lack of help for jobs that these people come to visit for, and Naples crime rate is huge, even though Naples keeps it out of the news. These investors are ruining what Fort Myers beach and Naples once stood for. You used to be able to come here and get a new experience different from what the tourists are used too back home. And, parking sucks for the beaches!

I gave mine back as soon as i received the loan agreement.

People have moved to East Tennessee, too, and it's been ruined. Overrun with people from the Northeast. They're moving here in droves

I lived in Naples for over twenty years. When a huge price bubble allowed me to sell my house at a large profit I moved to Puerto Rico where you can live much better on a beautiful tropical island. I do not like how Naples has changed.

As a professional appraiser that had to work way harder than any realtor , as I use to be one, and think harder than any realtor , I take offense to your lying about appraisers.
