The 1st house is real rough, but the bones look good. Not a quick flip, but that has potential. Hurricane damaged homes have introduced lower priced homes into the marketplace, and those are the real money makers.

Don't come don't come to Florida not the place to retire trust me I've lived here my whole life I am retired used to be able to live comfortable not anymore you're all Motors insurance will be double what your mortgage payment is you'll be lucky to find an honest contractor it isn't going to charge you triple our governor gives to schitt's about the insurance companies around here apparently they're in his pocket I've lived here my whole life my father lived here for 90 years same-property been through every storm no big deal we live on an island just saying if you want to retire somewhere don't make it here cuz you will not be able to afford it best option is to leave the country nowadays I'm looking for that right place
