I totally agree with you about the Thief crow, i fought wt him so many time, wt auto dodge when some one cc (i used mantra of pain and alway show “evade” when he running from by full zerk i used twice and he just walking) he and thief REN, non-human gamer. I played this game around 4-5 years and i believe even now almost cheat. Near it is CITY willbender full auto evade and Anet Devs agree with me on team chat when he jump into zerk to spam and run away then i fight wt guild HAG (hot girl asian) i chased tempest alone when she try to escape the 3rd floor, she nearly to die then she create a clone and into the invisible. That mesmer trait from long time ago. The most cheating now is auto dodge and auto condi clean.

I was tempted to say it could be a visual bug and he was actually not a daredevil, but then I see the passive when he dodges and realize he 100% is scripting

The infamous [crow] thief. The guy who can evade every stealth attack against him. The thief who seems to change dodge rolls on the run... This guy have been around for so long and apparently that's not going to change. I'd bet he must be one of the most reported players for cheating around here. Does it matter? Don't think so.

I remember that thief back from server days. He was playing on EU back then and always had some questionable gameplay. There were also some other people on his server notorious for using scripts. Shame that nothing is going to happen. These people been doing that since ages

I don't think warrior is op or fav child. Most stuff on warr is stuck in 2012 when it comes to weapon skills and bladesworn is beyond broken with various skills. Warr running into a pebble with GS 5/bulls charge, Hundred Blades keeping you in place whilst guardian can run around using sword 2, dragon triggers not going off at all or again being stuck on a small pebble.. Other classes get teleports instead, dishing out tons of dmg whilst being involulnurable. Warr only gets defiance stance and ignore pain, still getting dmg from condis. I agree that skullgrinder producing 5 stacks of conf in wvw/pvp is weird, but it still has its leap animation which can be dodged. To be honest mace skills are crap except for the primal burst, maxbe thats why they kept 5 stacks of conf lol. Not sure about that thief using scripts, as there are a couple if clunky things already going on in the game. E.g. hovering bladesworns, invisible vindicators after dodge, disappearing reaper scythes, weapon effects flashing on the whole screen, mesner clones not disappearing and the list goes on. Couldn't it be that these dodge rolls are just some kind of visual bug? I mean he doesnt get extra dodges when stamina is empty or something like that. And no ther effects trigger that would belong to a different trait choice. It also seems to happen mostly when there is a lot going on onscreen, so it might be errnous processing of the games visual effects, as I can't imagine the games code being that broken that you could simple override something as set in stone as an elite specialisation, while i CAN imagine some clunky algorithm being unable to process the correct visuals, as each espec seems to be an extension of the base class, programmatically. Never encountered something similar in pvp tho (except vanishing vindicator lol), so it could have something to do calculating stuff in the bigger wvw maps compared to pvp's small maps with 10 players max. Also sheath/unsheath could be bind to a very comfortable button. A lot of mesmers unsheath regularly on GS to cancel aftercasts and stuff, so it might just be the thiefs muscle memory. While i agree with you that perma stealth, permanent teleports and insta 1 hit kills shouldnt exist and need a reword, I don't necessarily think this guy is cheating, even though a lot of the thief stuff feels kinda broken. To be clear this is no aggression towards you or your content, I appreciate the time you spent creating gw2 content! :) it's just my thoughts on whats going in there. Id like to read into this, if you could provide any source about other ppl scripting and what can be manipulated ingame. i'd be happy to get more information on that.

Some people can't get out of a combat for a few minutes, even if the fight is over, and some thief can hide their weapons right after an attack :) Imagine what kind of shit you have to be to use so many cheats and thinking you are good. Now think who ANET is, if allows this and can't get rid of an obvious shit cheater for probably many years, looking at his rank. Pathetic.

The reason why the Warrior is so OP is simply bcz Anet allowed "Skull Grinder" to apply 5 stack of Confusion ( instead of 4 in PvE ) with Relic of Akeem which allows you to have an extra stack of 5 confusion ( total 10 stacks )+ torment if you "CC" the enemy after applying those 5 stack of confusion. Bcz SKULL GRINDER apply "DAZE", it auto apply Relic of Akeem condi at the same time. Skull Grinder is "INSTANT" so impossible to avoid unless you're lucky ( or use a cheat.. which I don't ). That "Skull Grinder" 5 stacks of confusion ( and daze ) instead of 4... was "intentional" so that Warrior can benefit of the Relic of Akeem ( I guess ) for the instant condi burst and one shot kill anything pretty much if you get hit. Why else would they allow 5 stack in WvW instead of 4 stack in PvE? Exactly. Good video, it's nice that you had the extra info and you were also kinda explaining while making sure your info was accurate. The ONLY thing i can critique is it might be worth mentioning that the Bloodstone Fen does not offer accessories. And the Bloodstone Ring is "Unique equip" which means you can only have the ONE per build. Nice informative video.

GW2 is still the game that I dont uninstall even if I dont play for a long time. I know I will always come back and just have fun. About the story and the other characters, yeah I miss the gang too and I think all the new short expas feel like an extended epilogue to the story. But lore-wise, they are good because arenanet is exploring things that are underutilized from the world. Janthir's enemies are a call back from GW1 where we last saw these "Old Gods" before they got sealed; i think thats cool that they want to bring that back.

For me, the core game has far more charm than most people give it credit for having. It's a time capsule for the way games used to be. I can play a modern game with an old school feel. Tybalt is still my favorite. Long live Tybalt.

Meeting devs doesn't mean they're investigating you for botting or some such. Often, they are just playing the game or watching how the community responds to features, events, etc
