Honestly this video shows pretty much why Skillbender is so busted. I mean absurd damage combined with the best mobility in the game alongside Thief while keeping core guardian advantages. There's nothing but skillbender when it comes to roaming these days (and thief) and I cant blame people for not wanting to engage against this class. Why waste your time in a fight you cannot conclude when winning because the skillbender will just waypoint out of the fight thanks to its mobility or a fight that ends in a second because he can blink 2000 ranges in barely 3 sec, burst your ass and then blink out.
