You just gave folks who will listen, a blueprint for a good life. You let them know it wouldn't be easy, but if they follow this blueprint, their lives will be successful! You can't build a skyscraper without a blueprint. Without a plan, they will crash and will have to start over! Great advice my friend! Thank you for taking time to share!

It was brought to my attention by Dr Berg that I was deficient in Potassium and Magnesium.. sleep: greatly improved Heart palpitations: almost non existent Aches and pains: greatly reduced Muscle recovery: awesome Daily required intake of Potassium =4700mg Magnesium =@400mg So I’ve been taking 250mg of magnesium , and 1000mg of Potassium. Hopefully getting the rest with my whole food intake. I’ve never felt better in my 62 years. Hope this info helps.

Your channel came up on my feed today for the first time. My husband and I have been Carnivore for 11 months. Hubby, 81 years young, highest weight was 224, now weighs in at 144! Biggest advice, stick to the BBB&E for at least 90 days before introducing any other foods and stay away from dairy! I’m 71 and went from 157 to 125. I struggle with allergy to dairy, even tho I love CHEESE, and even now after 11 months if I eat dairy I gain weight! It’s only for occasionally for sure. Eventually you’ll become acclimated to Carnivore IF you stick to a true Carnivore way of eating. Can’t wait to follow your journey, God bless you and guide you into this nutritional life change!
