Where do you get sweet potato noodles?I've never heard of that before??

They're also known as "glass noodles" and if you look at the ingredients, they'll say "sweet potato starch"

it's korean. If you've heard of Japchae, japchae is made of sweet potato noodles. If you have an asian market inyour neighborhood/locally, you might be able to find it since korean food is becoming increasingly global. Otherwise you'd find it somewhere that sells korean food. when it isn't cooked yet, it's a packet where the noodles are dry, stiff and somewhat greyish because it's supposed to be a sort of opaque clear noodle until you season or mix it with something like soy sauce after boiling the noodles
