I first remember listening to HOS in JrHS back in 80-81. They were a local college station in LI NY 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤❤❤ The music captured me.🕊🕊🤯😘 I enjoyed this magical music so much that I decided to save up money from my various small jobs I was doing just to buy a mini Moog at 16. It changed my life. I taught myself keyboard, and still play today at 58.👍🏼🙏🏼❤ I've added a few keyboards since then, an ARP, DX9,Juno, but I still have my Moog i first bought.👍🏼👍🏼🥰 Steven has such a chill voice that draws you in to make you relax and float away.❤❤❤❤❤ My few greatest synthesizer influences are Numan, Kitaro, Carlos, and Vangelis.❤❤❤

Daryl Stuermer's 20th Century Lady is the first song I heard on your channel! Also the first time hearing it and is a favorite now. Your channel is a dream come true for a guy like me who grew up hearing this music. thanks so much for uploading all this great music for all of us to enjoy. Appreciate you.

"I wanted to recreate the feel of listening to [jazz radio stations]..." its missing a silky-smooth DJ Voice every few minutes, saying sweet nothings like "you're listening to KJC-FM; coming up, even more groovy tunes, to light up your work day"... other than that, im diggin the mix choice so far...only six more hours left in my shift!

This is a good album. Alex definitely is a multi-talented artist , composer and conductor. Another alum of the famed Berklee College of Music.

really nice and in some way unusual to its contemporaries! it's so commited to the FM sounds - especially the bass - and he's really taking all the space with harmony, hat it gets a little chunky with rhythm and weird with the drum mix, but this kind of music it's so focused on getting arrangement and mixing as tight as possible that to listen to an album than goes different (even if that wasn't the intention) feels SO good.

Wow I understand your desperation over the years to find out who made this! Sometimes, this soundtrack-type music is the most enjoyable to listen to, because its origin and purpose is unclear. If you could please, it would be a treasure to have the whole album here.

Awesome find! I like how the intro starts out as a light & airy mood baroque-esque type music in the first few seconds before transitioning into some serious sounding & intense funk-jazz-rock synth hybrid jam which is absolute heat🔥 it feels just like one of those score that gets used during a life or death situation scene from an old classic action/battle shounen anime where the mc gets confused, badly beaten or cornered by their opponent. so they need to gather enough time & data to figure out how their abilities work and it's limitations before it's too late
