They don’t honor warranty, I had severe neighbors with this builder and they come up with any excuse. Also the curb appeal of their plans besides the Mckinny are meh. They are nice, not damn near 1 mill nice.

Cheeky to ask $700k for this shoddy work. This is a very shady builder. Probably the most uninspired and profit driven build I've seen at any price point.

Jesus Chris @ 1:55 t the cutout on the backsplash for the outlet is crazy. Such poor quality. Same at 2:04 there looks to be a crack on the cabinet trimming and in that same area looks like a bad paint job where the trimming and ceiling meet. We're only 2 min in. I'm not going to comment on anything else I see, but damn it doesn't matter if this is a show house or the actual one you'll be buying but if they don't care about the stuff you can see, just imagine what you cant see....

Anyone buying a new home, no matter how expensive or cheap, must hire an engineering company to inspect the home during all phases of construction. Don't wait until after the drywall is up! I have done this, and believe me, it's money well spent. Also, it's amazing how many local inspectors are not familiar with code even in their city.

At 14:25, I mistakenly mentioned the pantry is close by to the utility room. But as shown at 3:05, the pantry is located in the kitchen. Also, give me a thumbs up for my phone dying literally right when I stopped the video at the end (which is why it got blurry).

At 15:45, I mentioned a work out room option that takes up the tandem space in the garage. This is incorrect. They are currently offering that option while still keeping the tandem space but other changes occur with the plan. Reach out if you have questions!
