Jesus Chris @ 1:55 t the cutout on the backsplash for the outlet is crazy. Such poor quality. Same at 2:04 there looks to be a crack on the cabinet trimming and in that same area looks like a bad paint job where the trimming and ceiling meet. We're only 2 min in. I'm not going to comment on anything else I see, but damn it doesn't matter if this is a show house or the actual one you'll be buying but if they don't care about the stuff you can see, just imagine what you cant see....

Anyone buying a new home, no matter how expensive or cheap, must hire an engineering company to inspect the home during all phases of construction. Don't wait until after the drywall is up! I have done this, and believe me, it's money well spent. Also, it's amazing how many local inspectors are not familiar with code even in their city.

Cheeky to ask $700k for this shoddy work. This is a very shady builder. Probably the most uninspired and profit driven build I've seen at any price point.
