Thank you very much! I didn’t quite understand your setup. If you’re using an iPhone for live-looping, I recommend recording the sound directly into Loopy Pro. There’s a built-in recorder for your jam. Just press the REC button in the top right corner. As far as I understand, you have an iPad. You record your video using it, and then synchronise the video with the audio file from LoopyPro. This process is quite simple in modern video editing software 🙂

@@max_yar_guitar Thank you for your quick response. I was trying to eliminate the process of syncing the audio and video later. I don't yet have a set-up, I'm VERY new to this. A better question would be, if one wanted to live-stream video of them performing their loopy pro iPad audio, is that possible? Thanks again, your videos are great, even for total beginners like me.

Let’s say, your iPhone is connected to your audio interface, and you use it for jamming. Unfortunately, as far as I know, it won’t be possible to stream from the same device. Here’s what I did: I used an additional audio interface and connected it to my computer, or in your case, you can connect it to your iPad. Then connect the output from your main interface to the input of the additional interface. This way, you can stream from your iPad 🙂 By the way, syncing the video file and audio file is not that difficult. There are plenty of tutorials out there

Thank you! I’m using Bleass Granulizer, Cascade Reverb, and CHOWTapeModel here. But the main thing is the reverse loop I recorded at the beginning. I’m still working on the template, and there’s going to be a dedicated video on that soon

@@max_yar_guitar Yeah, I started to fool around with reverse. It's wild and can get way out of hand fast but if you're gentle with it the results can be wonderful.

The ONLY thing I can literally think of is that the old lead I found that fits the DC5V cable hole is the wrong cable or is not working but it seems to fit fine? 😕

Hi! What kind of iPad do you use? If it has a lightning port, the adapter might be the issue. I strongly recommend using the official Apple USB-to-Lightning adapter. Check 4:35

Those are actually two different questions! To control Loopy Pro using external pedals, the pedals need to function as a MIDI controller, meaning they must be able to send MIDI messages-ideally, CC (Control Change) messages. According to Roland’s website, the RC-300 supports this. I’ve made a video explaining how to set up a MIDI controller with Loopy Pro; here’s the link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4S7pHuZmsublbM Sending audio from Loopy Pro to the RC-300 is a different task. In this case, Loopy Pro would act as a synthesizer. I’d recommend connecting an audio interface to Loopy Pro and routing its output into the input of the Boss RC-300.
