Well I have not been running much at all in the way of drive, ever, but I am awaiting delivery of a PRS DGT50, and some way I think that four EL-34s pushing a meagre fifty RMS is gonna be daring the Pedals to go ahead and try something... with the equipments goading each other like a pack of stray dogs or something, maybe I should keep my shotgun handy.

Lichtenstein guy is doing mix&match screenprints on bottom-dollar imports - as effectively interior-decorator's elements. Could "use" one for smashing up a stage and not much else. A one-off (hand) paint-job would cost more like $500+ than $250.

That first guitar may be a kinda pos but Ill tell you what, when I first saw it all I could think about was candy- Fruit Stripe gum, fun in the sun and summertime youth sadly, quite well passed for me personally but its definitely a super idea and you can tell the person spent alot of time and put their heart into it too dont you think, or is it just me who got that vibe? in any case, think mafia money-laundering schemes were about on the opposite side of my brain under the stacks of old unread messages.

The finish on that partscaster looks like what they call "Surfer Girl". Normally a fantastic wipe on finish. It looks like they tried a clear coat over with some aging compound added. Nice try....shame about the outcome.

I don't buy used from guitar center without calling the store where the guitar is an asking them to take it off the wall and describe everything that's wrong with it. The managers can mark a guitar whatever condition they want. I got a strat marked excellent which they say should have only light scratches and no dings and it had chunks of finish missing and dings all over it. No fret life left. They don't regulate their stores so that you can ever expect anything based on the listed condition. Some marked good or excellent are actually mint. It's the wild west

The heritage things just seems like pointless outrage, but I guess it's something to talk about.
@shaft90005 сағат бұрын
It's hardly any different from Fender selling Japanese guitars with the same headstock 40+ years ago. You had to be less than a foot away to read the tiny 'MIJ' text on those. If I had a Heritage already this wouldn't mean a thing, as it won't stop me from lusting for _some_ of their guitars more or less than I already was. Any and every company that _could_ only sell high-roller custom guitars _would...._ until they go out of business, anyway. They would have to soon jack up their Golden Eagle another $1000 because they can't take on very many other sales to support the company, given their Kalamazoo-made waiting list.
