Over engineered? Absolutely. Completely useless crap? Obviously not. If you dislike the content, believing people to be shills, downvote and block. Simple. I've done it many times myself, over a wide range of channel types. What you have done instead, is given Ryan's algorithm a little boost because we're engaging with the comment you posted. 👍🏻

Feedback on a chorus is exactly the same thing as on a delay, it controls how many repeats the delay has. Because weirdly enough chorus pedals are just delay pedals only with an oscillator that speeds up and slows down the delay time which creates the whole effect. So the brightness thing is kinda the same thing when you dial in a slapback delay and crank the feedback and you get a metallicy type sound.

I think it's strange how rare triggered effects seem to be, maybe I just don't know where to look, but like, even midi stuff that could use midi inputs rarely get more than "just play a different sample" It's always baffled me that like, the hated digitech multi effect thing I have is the only thing that I've ever seen that had a triggered chorus/phaser/flanger and they didn't go into the Ryan sounds territory.
