Great film. I was born in 77 and grew up in the punk scene just south of here in Sioux City IA. The early 90’s was great. Kings Court & The Cattle Club were the venues. Thanks for putting this together. Takes me back.

As someone who grew up with a sibling in the SF music scene I love that projects like this are being created. Keep up the good work. Support all Sioux Falls music in all forms, even if you can’t fully understand it

You can see why they had to move from Lookout. Things were getting nuts. It would have been patently obvious to anyone smart that with a bit of a marketing push from a major they were going to be a pretty successful band and could maybe sell a million copies of an album. It's difficult to predict the scale of what actually ended up happening, but filling rooms like they did on the Kerplunk tour from word of mouth and making indie records is pretty crazy. Awesome era for the band. Must have been a lot of fun.

I am always telling my kids about the Sioux Falls music scene growing up, this was a nice trip down memory lane! Even though I was one of the little punks in the scene in the late 90’s to ‘00s. Definitely paints a way “cleaner” pic than I remember tho😂 almost wholesome, we were anything but 😅 Fantastic work I love seeing these landmarks almost forgotten to time. It’s nice to see that the scene is still kicking I’ll have to make a trip up! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Life and friends flashing before my eyes. Ernie November was the jumping off point for learning where shows were. Hanging out there and looking at records that weren't in the other stores. Best buy was the only other place.

This just popped into my feed. Live in Sioux Falls. I’m not a big fan of punk but I found this fascinating. Recognized a few people from around town. Really cool.

Learning about local scenes like this warms the soul. There is something so special about seeing history through the lens of camcorders. Thanks for your love in finding all the people & putting this together. I was in Omaha around this time, learning about the Cog Factory. All ages shows are THE BEST!

Thanks for uploading this material! There's a mistake in the description of the band members: Todd Morse and Brandon Pertzborn weren't part of the band (not until 2019 and 2023). Greg K is playing bass here, and Ron Welty the drums.
