London is london but is too expensive to get into the property ladder in the open market , I brought a property in cardiff but sometimes I'm reconsidering to move back to London but I'm not too sure .

Well, I don’t know what some people are spending money on, all my 3 kids have bought their places in London suburbs in the last 8 years and have moved out! The youngest who is 26 moved out last year! But they have been saving since 17! And one didn’t go to university, he chose apprenticeship! It’s been drummed into them by my father in law “to be born poor is NOT your fault, to be put into grave a pauper? That’s solely due to YOU “! And thankfully, they have all heeded that advice! All 3 have second incomes, one specialises in old Morris cars, and sells them after renewing them! One does plastering at weekends and one does “pop up” chef ! It’s all possible if you’re willing to work for it! Nobody is given anything but education and advice!
