Far too many parts on Rotax engines to go wrong in flight The less parts that you take up in the air, the less parts there is to fail. Why carry coolant aloft when air can cool the engine such as in Contnental and Lycoming engines.

Hello, the answer is yes! In the USA you can register VL3 under LSA or Experimental registration. We have dozen units flying in US right now and more are to come. Cheers,

Can JMB do a video of short feild take off and landing, and explain the best aircraft configuration for doing so. I cant find anything on the web showing a 70- 80m takeoff. I think this would be a stunning demonstration of your aircrafts capability. Cheers!
