Is not gravitational waves.. Is just a perturbation of gravitational field. Stop almost religious "Einstein Cult"..!😮

But the 3 dimensions we use are all interchangeable, unlike this gravity one right? Wrong?

But that's capitalism. You 1st world liberal white men all love capitalism. Then suck it up without complaining... You can't have a cake and eat it too, either you live in this parasite system and so you pay the parasites that are above you or you stop participating in parasitism yourselves altogether and agree to the redistribution of the resources or the world across the entire world and learn to live with the fact that you'll also have to work in a mine or cooking food besides your scientific job. I promise that it's actually an even more fulfilling life, living as equals with other humans, but it takes balls. Either way, reject capitalism or STFU about its consequences, it's annoying.

"Never" is such a racist answer. Because it's true, it will never be the 1st world to achieve the fusion breakthrough investment, since it can't even invest in basic education. But the world is a lot bigger than the 1st world and this trend is opposite in the 3rd world.

The "medical emergency" is a classic example of how we could save billions if the medical/pharmaceutical industry shared research and solved issues quicker, but it's all about the money. I worked with the Global Graduate Open Network and saw the impact of sharing and how it needs to come from "managers" to empower the student to be groundbreaking in these areas.

The question of why gravity is so weak seems to me quite suspicious. I can't see a good reason to expect it being stronger, so there's no paradox in it. If it was significantly stronger, you could also wonder why it is so strong. Explaining one mystery with another mystery doesn't sound like a promising strategy, even if the explanation is testable and elegant.

Over a decade has passed and no evidence of extra dimensions or tiny black holes is there. Particle theories based on string theory and supersymmetry in general seem to lose popularity. Critics of this strategy like Roger Penrose, Lee Smolin, Carlo Rovelli, Peter Woit and Sabine Hossenfelder have become quite recognizable public figures. I don't know what particle physicists hope to find now, but maybe there is no unification and there won't be any revolution in particle theory anytime soon.

What it does not tell us is the price of publishing a paper. The APC rate is US$2000. Scientists of poor countries do not have such an amount. Free access means expensive rates for scientists and their institutions. Why is it so expensive for the authors? What initiatives are being taken to reduce (again) unequalty?

CMB is not smooth , but has ripples. Inflation explains that. What they don't mention is that if it WAS smooth , Inflation would explain that as well. As a matter of fact , the way inflationary theory is constructed, I do beleive they could twist it to explain any possible observation. And yet they dismiss the possibility of a creator. 😅 Not buying it.
