All in I paid about 1400 for the two seats and all the brackets. The standard seat brackets won’t work without the sliders. The brackets are all trash, everything fits but not great. and the seat quality is so so at best. I can tell the vinyl isn’t going to last long.

I have a 228 with base Hi Fi, saying it sucked was an understatement. As an audiophile, I’ve upgraded tens of sound systems in cars in the past. I replaced the amp with the match up (same amp but cheaper than bimmertech amp but not pre-tuned). I also added a Mosconi sub amp and JL Audio dual 10 sub box. Had system tuned professionally and it’s amazing. Absolutely NO Need to spend the time and money replacing the speakers. The shop that tuned my system typically does expensive cars at costs way over 10k or more; after we demo’ed my car, the owner said that there was absolutely no reason to replace the speakers; that i sounded as good as a 20k system. I spend about 4k total, including the tune that took about 3 hours after the install. Bottom line, no substitute for power and tuning; the best speakers in the world can’t create great sound without those two things but mediocre speakers can really come alive with the right tuning.

I think you should do the shadow/black line lci taillights. You’ll need a new harness, gutter strips and obviously the taillights did it on my F32 and loved it

Too heavy, will wear tyres, brakes and suspension components quicker and it has a hideous dash tablet. Also looks a little ugly

Love the build, but the sudden hype behind bringing back the high-pitched turbo whistle that can only be done by modeling the housing to make it get the high-pitched scream it’s absolutely stupid and annoying. It doesn’t sound at all like a natural turbo spooling up, which will make plenty of noise on its own and sounds amazing without that annoying whistle. This thing is becoming a trend, and it needs to stop

Currently I'm driving a 2024 Supra MT and I must say that the M2 is growing on me too. I have to test drive one soon. The only thing I really disilke are the tail lights. Wider tail lights in the style of the M3 would fit much better. The LCI will be in 2026 and in 08/24 there will be a small +20 hp bump and new color options (with one of my fav colors Grigo Telesto grey, yeah). Maybe I'll trade in my Supra and order one in 2028 (2029 will be end of production for G87) in grigo telesto if I really like it. But not sure If it will be a MT or Auto.

The red is the only one that looks ok to me. The looks are reach almost acceptable to me in red. This is coming from a 1M owner 🤷🏽‍♂️

Looking good! The icons are a must for the F series. They look so aggressive. I have a 2019 440i with icons and they were definitely a requirement when shopping for a new ride.
