LA.Varis Carbon Fiber Undertray and Rear Diffuser are a must. 6 month wait from Bulletproof Auto in LA, the varis US Distributor. Insane look for the BMW E9X M3. Made for the E92 M3. Can be made to fit a E90 M3 like mine, but a pro needs to do the install. Lots of cutting and drilling. Need to add PPF and Ceramic Coating that Bulletproof Auto can do, but that almost doubles the price.

There aren’t many videos on an E90 M3 sedan with a big wing, any thoughts on why? Could it be that it won’t look as good as coupe and people would better have the low style oem!

Love the styling of your car here 😍. Wish I could see these in person. The GT4 wing there looks huge in comparison to the GTS here on video. Just recieved a gts wing in the other day.. going to install it on one of my m3’s. Let’s see if I feel the same way.

why not put a washer to get some more contact and larger distribution btw the back bolt and the trunk? That would help distribute the force better. This wing definitely looks much better, lets see it being used by going to the track.

Don't need that. I metal bonded a metal spacer which actually ends up covering a larger surface area than a washer would in the first place. Same technique as the actual GTS wing on the M4. The extra step would be a aluminum plate going from one end to the other. But none of this is necessary. I have zero flex in my trunk with the current setup.

@@ThicWhips Ah I didn't see the metal spacer. Nice glad its nice and sturdy. Not sure how you are able to know how much flex you have or don't have though, you would only really get flex though are pretty high speeds but maybe you have tested it

If it were flexing, your trunk will begin to warp. If you look at the majority of trunks with wings that are installed without support you’ll see indenting all around the mounting points. It just gets worse as time goes on. But mine is perfectly flat.

Bought the mk-rennsporttechnik for my e90 for 1800. Then 2 months later found ridgelines😔. I wonder if there’s a difference in the clear coat though. Gt4 wing is the way to go. I was looking at the gts for the longest time but it just didn’t look right

Recently ordered one. Unfortunately mine did not come with black hardware, some of the hardware was not properly sized, no foam provided on end plates and end plate holes were not drilled evenly. Just a heads up for anyone considering buying this wing.
