This makes me sad that I stopped foraging in October!

Hi Danni. Im looking to start a bed myself. Can you tell me what type of wood you use? I read you can use either hard or softwood but wondered what would be best for winecaps? Love your channel, keep it up!

They can be elusive beings! I have been out walking for 6hrs before and found 4, next day next field I spotted over 100 in a 30 min walk!
@J4NOObs2 күн бұрын
@ I might not have made it clear but I did find quite a few but out of the 3 or 4 times I went, 1 time found only about 6 shrooms and another time found hundreds. The only unsuccessful time was the only time I didn’t smoke anything lol

Good video as usual. My challenge to you is to find the following - (Brassica) - rapeseed, black mustard, charlock (Amaranthus) - Pigweed (Digitaria) - Hairy finger grass (Eucalyptus) - Blue gum tree (Cedrus) - Atlas Cedar, deodar (Linum) - fairy flax (helianthinae) - annual sunflower (crocus) - spring crocus, snow crocus (Medicago) - Lucerne, Black Medick (Lycium) - Duke of Argylls tea plant, (Physalis) - Japanese lantern (Pimpinella) - Burnet saxifrage (Berberis) - barberry (Carum) - carraway I will pay full price for these gems in the supermarket until I can find them for free, then they go on my clearance only list, which are all the common ones I have found in the wild.

I’m not the best cook if I’m honest 😂 I make a lot of seasonings, preserves, oils, balms, lotions, sodas, tinctures and elixirs etc but my actual meal time cooking is erratic enough without the filming 😄 perhaps next year I’ll try to apply myself and film some cooking in the woods or allotment for you 🥰🫶

@factorylad50719 күн бұрын
This is lies. You make the decision to eat a mushroom by looking at the gills . The spacing on the gills is far to wide and wet ie reasons that put it in a poisonous category. They have found some freaks growing near a rubbish tip . You don't forget a Montana once you have seen one.

An abundance of these Wavy Caps right outside of my apartment in the neglected garden behind the building across from me. Didn’t see lots of these when I found others in earlier stages last week in the open near there. Aside from the obvious already black ones, are the other latter stage ones, some with some black on top from spores (?) still okay to harvest and dry? Already double the potency of others so slightly diminished potency wouldn’t be an issue.
