I’ve been looking for this since I left China in 1995! I ate it several times per week at a Sichuan restaurant near the university where I taught in Harbin 1994-1995 school year. It was my absolute favorite dish, but now that I see how it is made, I’m not sure that I could ever make it at home. 😢 I can’t find it it any restaurant where I live! Boo hoo for me!!! 😢😢😢

These are really easy to make and they are delicious, it preserves the taste of fish and keeping the tenderness of it.
