1500hrs on mine and pretty sure it’s junk now. Low idle issues, works when it wants to, replaced main bearing back during covid, and now doesn’t strike an arc. Changed the oil, filters, brushes etc as recommended. Bummed it’s turning into a paperweight now 3000+\~ for a new board

Allow me to offer some perspective that you may not have considered (or maybe you have). "Cheaper" comes at a cost, and it isn't always financial. In the case of "Kioti", they are a Korean manufactured product that's imported to the United States. Unfortunately, their standard of treatment and pay to their workforce is not equal to US manufactures, and further, is exploitative in many facets. Its important to remember, or at least be reminded, that while John Deere and Kubota prices may be higher, they are supporting (for the most part) American workers and manufacturing, in large part, fair wages, and humane treatment of workers. We consume consume consume in this country, and although I understand it, it does come at a cost and should not be sugar coated due to the value, wants, and whims of us consumers. CHEAPER does have a cost, and its almost always a human cost! Every "Kioti" tractor that's bought in the US., displaces an American made or manufactured one. Folks, When you buy a tractor, buy American. The more American Tractors we buy, the more demand there is, the more jobs are created with good pay and benefits, and the LOWER THE PRICE TAG of the machines. Support your local businesses that pay local taxes and also support your local economies. We have to think critically and remember, we can't complain about our plight if our plight is created by our own misgivings. Peace..

What is it with Kubota dealers? My brothers had a similar bad experience with the dealer. He plonked down over $60k CASH for a Grand L 4060 with a backhoe. Once they had his money there were delays getting the unit. It was still COVID supply chain issues so not the dealer fault. He inquired with the factory and they hung up on him so the fish rots from the head down! The backhoe was back ordered but qhen it arrived, the dealer tried to charge him more even though he paid already!! He got no manuals nor no run through when the unit was delivered. When he was first looking he had the same experience as you. The first dealer in Spokane wouldn't give him the time and told him to get lost!! He had to go to neighboring Idaho.

I had the whole set up for Aluminum and after 3-4 years I got rid of it because when you tell the customer the cost to weld Aluminum mobile they would freak out. It seemed to attract cheap customers. It was always be can you weld my bike or my cheap trailer….

i blew the same o-ring but replaced it myself as I didn't have time to take it back to the dealership. I now have 221 hours and mine still runs perfect. If I could do it all over again I would get the manual gear as the hydraulics is loud, it wines terrible, and lacks power.

I guess I’m confused. I can get a kioti ck2620 or a Kubota lx2610 for the exact same price. But the Kubota has a mid PTO allowing for a belly mower in the future. Also comes with floor mat, and other stuff that are an upcharge for kioti. I cannot seem to wrap my head around the hype

In this segment Kioti CK is destroying the Kubota standard L series. Kubota doesn’t offer a cab in this chassis size. You either have to go way down in size/weight to the LX series or way up in size/weight/price to the Grand L series.

A set of Oxy-Acetylene bottles would rate higher than an aluminum spool gun. Next, your Tig torch isn’t a “Tig welder”! Your Lincoln is a Tig welder as well as a generator and SMAW welding machine. I would say that having a Tig torch would rate at number or 2 depending on the type of welding you do. However, in order to run your Tig torch, you not only need consumables, you also need 100% argon, and if your job is more than 15 feet from your work, you will need a gas line equally as long as your cables, and a remote for your welder. Next on the list would come your mig welder, which will also need mix gas, or maybe 100% CO2. I would choose C25 myself. C15 in a pinch. Unless you’re using gasless flux, which in my opinion is garbage. Thats 4 bottles, which we haven’t seen or heard about. What is equally as important to your welder, is the ability to process material. Without that capability, you may as well leave your welder at home? A saw is ok but not capable of everything, especially in the field. Oxy-acetylene is great, not only for the ability to process material, but for the ability to pre-heat anything bigger than 1”, less than that depending on ambient temp. Propane is better, but that makes 5 bottles for everything you’re carrying. If the area you are working in is covered in snow, or well below freezing, you will need to clear of and melt snow and ice. You have a lot of nice gear, but you definitely need a lot more stuff to make all that work for you. Edit to my comment! I almost forgot, that machine is capable of quite a bit. So a gouger is a must. Carbon arc gouging will save you valuable time and money. In order to operate that you will also need to be hauling around a compressor. Fit up and install a welding skid, customize it however you want, but keep in mind everything you need to operate your mobile shop. Leaving room, and making accessible spaces for all your bottles.

Thanks for the vid. I am in NH and recently picked up a CK3520. I was planning on the 2620 (for the same reason, no DPF), but after considering and hearing about how solid the DPF technology is from Kioti for regen, I bumped it up. 7 years 0%, cannot beat the deal, it's a great time to buy a tractor. I was originally planning on Kubota, as I had a little B7510 with a backhoe and was going to trade it in. I go the dealership, stand around like wallpaper because no sales rep wanted to look up from their monitor. I leave, go back a few weeks later and corner one of the reps, tell him what i'm looking for, he points to a used 35HP Kubota with like 600 hours on it for the same price tag as a new Kioti (with warranty for 6 years, unlimited hours), so I go to the Kioti dealer. I am now talking with the dealership Owner, he's giving me undivided attention, walks me around the yard, shows me attachments for moving snow, grading roads, etc. I had to stop him from talking and said, "sold". Only have about 20 hours on it so far, but it has been a beast. Does Kubota make the best gear? probably. Does it matter for me? not really. Kubota just doesn't need to sell any more I guess, just take orders from people because the brand sells itself. I looked at Mahindra also, but the Kioti seemed to be a better machine with better reputation for warranty service.

I have the same version only it's a 260. Worst welder I have ever owned something with it all the time. Ran for month then no power sent it back to Lincoln got it back they never touched it sent back again ran for 2 months and the control knob switch failed. Waited 4 months for the part back going again. Now 4 months later quits welding after 15 mins still have 115 though. So I have had it with this one going back to a 225 without that screen setting garbage. I have 150 hrs on it.

I've been comparing a few different models and for me it comes down to the Kubota L4600 and Kioti DK5810. So far the kioti does have a bigger lift capacity on the loader, more powerful 58hp turbo diesel engine vs 46hp aspirated engine but the Kubota does have a higher output PTO. And the Kioti is around $2000 cheaper. Il still torn but am leaning toward the Kioti purely for value for $$$$..... any suggestions are welcome.....

I did not buy the kioti. They were not much cheaper than the the kubota and offered no financing incentives when i was ready to buy. I did notice used ones always have a new hydraulic pump and there is no line forming to buy used ones, whereas Kubota and John Deere used tractors seem to be a myth as you sure can't find one. Any off brand is going have service and resale issues. Didn't buy the Mahindra because of Mistubishi motors. Buy one, you'll see first time you need a part. I recommend sticking with the major players.

Well as a retired Cat&Cummims knuckle buster I was a question when GM introduced diesels to the mainstream public. My reply was the happy home owner isn't ready! Because the average JOE doesn't know or understand PMs!!! ( PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ) As for the little tractor market there all coming from across the pond. What I see is the tractor market is doing what the auto industry is doing. Whisles & Bells sell!!! EXAMPLE PICKUPS TRUCKS TODAY THEY ARE FOUR DOOR SHORT BED LUXURY!!! As far as Kubota being better !?!?!? They all build LEMONS!!!
