Cheap Welding Helmet VS Expensive Welding Helmet! Which one is better???

Hey everyone and hope you have been well. Today we talk about cheap welding helmets vs expensive welding helmets. Lots of pro's and con's to each. The primary reason I like to use the Fibre-metal is the durability and price. It's easy to justify 2 or 3 of them with different shade lenses in them to have laying around for different project. While the Miller expensive hoods definitely have there place too. What's your thoughts on welding helmets and expensive name brand vs some of the cheaper pipeliner style hoods?

I was a welder for many years in a production setting used a basic Miller helmet with a #11 shield for stick and #14 for mig ,nothing fancy,they got the job done $15 and they held up well!
