But be prepared to bring some extra cash to use it for your expenses for at least 4-5 months. Hi Ambily, university of alberta is in the heart of edmonton. jobs kittan adikam struggle indavilla if you do your part properly. compared to Toronto, Vancouver Montreal and Calgary, Edmonton is less crowded and that will benefit you to find a job as a student. make sure keep the part time resume short and simple and do not add any irrelevant skills experience or education that might make them feel that you are over qualified.

Hi Shelby, to my knowledge, demand und but getting a first job will be always complicated but thereafter it should be easy. try to get certifications and licensing if any in your field, that will highly improve your chances in landing a good job.

Hi Arjun, to my knowledge, career opportunities of that course is in demand and should have many options towards PR as transport occupation cheyunnavar ivde valare kuravanu and PR express entry category based draw il transport varunund. Trade occupation based aayond there is a very high chances in getting different PNP and PR option as of today. Make sure you get a job after the course that is inclined towards PR at that period of time.

@@arjunvanil359 experience is a bonus that will add points towards your PR application, make sure to get detailed employment letter, payslips and salary bank statements . All these are needed to claim points on experience while applying for PR.

ഞാൻ pharma industry ആണ് കാനഡ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നത്... വളരെ മോശം അവസ്ഥ ആണ്.. വളരെ കുറച്ചു pharma കമ്പനീസ് മാത്രമേ ബാക്കി ഉള്ളു.. എല്ലാം മറ്റു manufacturing പോലെ cheaper destinatination ലേക്ക് പോകുവാന്... ഞാൻ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന കമ്പനി തന്നെ layoff ആണ് ഓരോ വർഷവും.. ജോലി പോയാൽ canadian എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ഉള്ളവർക്ക് പോലും പണി കിട്ടുന്നില്ല... Enik ariyavunna oru spouse work permit il vanna kuttikk , she got a job as an pharmacy assistant in 5 months. ഇന്ത്യയുമായുള്ള നയതന്ത്ര ബന്ധം വളരെ വഷളായി തുടരുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് കാനഡയിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യക്കാർക്ക് അപ്രഖ്യാപിത job ban ഉണ്ട്. അത് കൂടാതെ ഉക്രൈനിൽ നിന്നുള്ള അഭയാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് എല്ലാ ജോലികൾക്കും മുൻഗണന ഉണ്ട്. വീടും പറമ്പും പണയം വെച്ച് 20-30 ലക്ഷം കടം വാങ്ങി ഇപ്പോൾ അങ്ങോട്ട് പോയിട്ട് പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് കാര്യമൊന്നുമില്ല... ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് പോകുന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പാർട് ടൈം ജോലി പോലും കിട്ടുന്നില്ല... ഇപ്പോഴും അങ്ങോട്ട് പോകാൻ പറയുന്നത് അവിടുത്തെ കോളേജുകളിൽ നിന്ന് ഉയർന്ന കമ്മീഷൻ കിട്ടുന്ന ഇവിടുത്തെ ഏജൻസികൾ മാത്രം!

Come to Dubai Habeebi, if have experience,you will get job, be ready to work hard, after few years of struggle, you will be placed better, then buy an appartment of your own, better place to live, no tax... Canada's ecconomy is not good especially after covid... They use our students to do labour jobs because, they don't get their citizens to do such menial jobs..😂.. This is the reality... So students, don't get tensed up by such rules, be ready to accept the fact, there are many other doors buddies. This is not the end of the road... My son is studying ing in Canada, I told him the same, if you get PR fine, if not there are many other ways kept opened for those who are willing to struggle /work hard, life is not bed of roses... Even if somebody moves back to India after studying in Canada, they will get better jobs, but don't come back to Kerala, keep that place only as a vacation spot 😃.. For those who are in Canada, don't get panicked by all these, wait for the updates from the Govt it self, for those who are preparing for flying to Canada for higher education, think that you are going for a higher education, and keep a plan B as I mentioned earlier, rules wilk come and go, but stay focused on studies, opportunities will come to you on due course. I heard that IT and Engineering jobs are saturated at present in Canada even in BC and ON.Is it true ?

Hi Aslam, I really don’t think it’s saturated. Most of the jobs are stagnant at the moment because of economic crisis and market crashes are expected this year or the next. Even in my company, lots of projects are put on hold because of high interest rates from bank and inflation. I personally feel all these will cool down by the end of next year maximum. Govt are bringing the immigration levels down to bring the right balance for the sustainable development.
