TN VISA Details - www.uscis.gov/...
The TN (Trade NAFTA) visa is a non-immigrant visa category available to citizens of Canada and Mexico. It allows individuals to work in the United States in certain professional occupations. The TN visa was created under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and is now governed by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
To qualify for a TN visa, applicants must meet specific criteria related to their profession. They must be employed in one of the designated TN occupations listed in the agreement and possess the required qualifications or credentials for that profession. The application process typically involves providing evidence of eligibility, such as education certificates or letters from employers.
Pros of the USA compared to Canada:

2. Higher Wages: In general, salaries tend to be higher in the United States compared to Canada, especially in certain fields such as technology, finance, and healthcare.
3. Diversity of Industries: The USA boasts a diverse range of industries and companies, including many multinational corporations, providing ample opportunities for career growth and advancement.
4. Access to Venture Capital: For entrepreneurs and startup founders, the USA offers access to a robust ecosystem of venture capital firms and investors, particularly in tech hubs like Silicon Valley.
5. Educational Opportunities: The United States is home to many prestigious universities and institutions, offering a wide array of educational opportunities for both domestic and international students.
6. Cultural Influence: The USA has a significant cultural influence worldwide, with its entertainment industry, technology innovations, and global brands shaping trends and lifestyles globally.
It's important to note that the choice between the USA and Canada depends on individual preferences, career goals, lifestyle considerations, and immigration eligibility. Both countries offer unique advantages and opportunities for immigrants and professionals.

Canadian pr is always bette than H1b. The only downside is that you might not like Canada if you start comparing with the US. Because of a lots of things like job opportunities, packages, standard of living... aghne okke... but for long term ..i would recommend getting Canadian citizenship though this opportunity amd them move to the US

Hi Ranjit, I can easily show many places in Texas where we could get much bigger homes for 500-600k … and I wanted to let most of them know the huge difference in housing market at the point of time. For further info- kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJ-an4mFgtB-b7Msi=g8CYa40IjzSsvMz1

@@CanadianMalluTusker Agreed .But that places like Brownsville,Mesquite offers nothing . Should live in suburbs in Dallas,Houston,Austin to explore more job opportunities. I bought a home here after so many researches so can confidently say a mansion starts at 1 Million . A bigger home (Say 3500 sq ft and 10 years old ) starts at 700k . Just FYI.

The main problem in US is that it will take more than 15 to 20 years to get the green card but in Canada it takes only 3 years to get a citizenship

Hi Aslam, In my personal opinion, considering a move to Canada to obtain citizenship could offer you a range of visa options for returning to the US. However, it's essential to conduct thorough research and consider how this decision aligns with your current circumstances. Ultimately, make sure to make a decision that suits your needs and situation best.

Go and work in a location outside of US in the same company that you currently work in a managerial position for 1 year or more and apply for green card in EB1-C category, you will get it within 5 years (including PERM & i-140)

@sherinbv EB1c doesn't need PERM. It was a quick process 5 years back, but Indian IT firms abused eb1c and now there is a huge backlog
