I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 4years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing!

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source. 🙏

This video was amazing and so insightful! I’m Canadian applying to Irish medical schools, would you still recommend I use the same format for my personal statement, since North American med schools have a completely different approach! If you still offer services for personal statement reviewing, I would love to know more:)

You have the prestige that comes with being a doctor-that’s your compensation. I chose investment banking, where I make £150K a year, three times what a doctor earns. Yet, people have no idea how hard it is to become a banker; they still think we’re just tellers. It’s a choice: either you get prestige with a lower salary or less prestige with decent pay.

Are u still taking the antidepressants??? If I feel symptoms free at the lowest dose ,should I consider taking it for the rest of my life?? Please revert

Nothing wrong with taking antidepressants the hard part is finding one thst works and also one that works long term. I tried every ssris and snri over 3-4 year period i was either a zombie or manic. Then i changed doctor he put me on mirtazapine as it was taking me 4-6 hours to fall to sleep. My original doctor told me mirtapine would make me groogy all the next day but that proved not to be the case. I take at 8.30pm go to be at 12 asleep by 1a.m up by 7a.m no groginess at all. The downside is that it does little in the day for anxiety and isnt great on depession but it does subdue the worst of the symptoms( suicidal thoughts, less tears, can laugh at impractical jokers , which is the litmus test on wellbeing for me. If i can laugh occasionally then i know im not as bad as i feel i am. Recovery with GAD hss never happened for me its been worse year on year even with the masses of help i have. Its a case of different horses different courses with anxiety disorders my respite is in meditation or talking to like minded people not from watching the news and the mass brainwashing that people with mental health illnesses are liability to society, this is what the goverment are doing, purposely and its making things worse not better. They talk about getting the begging bowl out before sny mention of getting people help. Did i accuse thd goverment of begging me for money for the 28 years i worked!!! And i was a high earner before GAD hit me with cognitive &, emotional and physical issues.

My daughter has A Level 4A* UCAT 2980 SJT Band 1. She was rejected by Liverpool without offer of an interview at all!!! She was offered interviews but rejected by Leicester & St George's; on waiting list by Manchester. I believe she's facing extremely credible competitors during the early part of this year, luckily, she opted to clearing and was finally accepted by Barts ❤.

YOU’RE NOT ALONE!!!!! We’re all human and it’s perfectly okay to feel anxious sometimes. A very wise mall Santa that I met, back in 2018, once told me that “even on the cloudiest day the sun STILL shines behind those clouds meaning that no matter how dark it looks, the sun is STILL there and the joy and happiness is there for you as well”. No matter how scary or how uncomfortable things get for you, just know that everything’s going to be okay because you deserve to feel safe, loved, comforted, encouraged and for those who loved you and who really want to help u and be there for you and stay by your side either way. Whether from friends, family or anyone you trust and feel safe with. I maybe an autistic women whose probably may or may not have had a lot of panic attacks but I can honestly tell u. I’ve had anxiety attacks due to my fear of failure in school or at work and not being good enough as a person and losing my job and I’ve also struggled with anxiety and depression for quite a long time so I do understand perfectly well the feelings of worthlessness, lack of self esteem, anxiety, depression, self hatred, loneliness, feeling trapped, frustration, remorsefulness, insecurity and the feeling of wanting to get try to better yourself but always coming out as a failure. Plus having been through Covid and being forced to follow Covid safety protocols like many others, myself, has been deeply traumatizing and extremely difficult for me as well socially, mentally, physically and emotionally. The point is, your anxieties, your depression and everything mental health related DOES NOT define u for who you are, it’s what’s inside your heart and all the things we’ve accomplished in life and the kind of person u REALLY are in your heart that truly defines u for who u are. Some people are not gonna always understand what you’re going through and maybe they never will but as long as you have the people in your life who loved and cared about you or that special someone whom deeply loves u and genuinely cares about u and will do anything in the world to help u to overcome this, you’re gonna come out even stronger and more courageous than ever and before you’ll know it, you’re gonna surprise people by how far you’ve come in the end. The fact that you had the courage to make this video and open up about your inner struggles and your vulnerability REALLY MAKES U A MUCH STRONGER AND BRAVER PERSON IN MY BOOK. Give yourself a pat on the back. U did an amazing job!! 😊😊 Stay strong, have courage, be kind to yourself, take heart and NEVER EVER give up hope because you ARE beautiful and practically perfect just the way you are in every way . ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I would like to know from those who have solved PTSD and anxiety, if they have solved it definitively and how to understand what quantity of psilocybin to take and when, for how long. And can you really heal without having an addiction? Thanks to everyone for helping me understand, I want to understand if it's something that can help me solve the problem (I have c-ptsd)

From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a clear difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling moment around rest time, but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later

Antidepressants can be very good to shift people from total incapacity to just being able to function. That gives a person a chance to take more positive steps. Counselling often doesn't help depression because people normally focus on their problems in therapy. Your mind creates your future and what you focus on creates your reality. Write down positive thoughts (even if you don't believe them or they are the opposite of what you actually feel at the time), because that resets the mind. Keep a daily gratitude journal and write down as many things you can think of (even the fact you have legs, hearing, and sight, food, clothes etc). Take exercise, do yoga, cycle, clean your kitchen, they all add to esteem and a sense of achievement.

I have been prescribed every antidepressant on the market for anxiety issues. None worked, all made me suicidal both SNRI's and SSRI's which I did not have before. Given antipsychotics which worked for a while but ultimately left me with psychosis which I did not have before. So for some people like me, meds are not the answer to the problem but create problems that did not exist before. Finally given ECT, which resulted in major memory issues which I did not have before. For some people there are no answers, treatment only worsens the problem. I am putting this in so as to contrast my experience with others. I am not anti-medication or treatment but a 'minor' problem became a major problem because of or despite intervention. Currently I am seeking treatment but no psychiatrist will take me on, they are all too busy they say. My GP says they like patients that are quick in/quick out and do not like anybody with complex problems. For someone who never touched illegal drugs or alcohol, had a healthy diet and exercised every day, it is a tough life.

Right, I had a similar experience. People like us exist too! The worst/best part is I am a med student and I need to convince/prescribe them in the future. I was even diagnosed with PTSD because of how horrified I was of seeing doctors for practically anything because of the treatment I got in the past
