Thanks for the sharing the flyover of the now gone Mitchell County Courthouse. The building was the cornerstone of Osage and Mitchell County. It is now part of our history. OH HOW SAD!!

I think the issue was a bad battery... as strange as it sounds, once the battery was replaced, the idle problem disappeared.

Hi Glenn, thanks for your help. I actually took the side cover off and found that the battery terminals were loose so I tightened them up. The revving problem has dissappeared since .I could not believe that would have been causing it but now that you say so Iiy comfired it. Thanks a lot.

Hi Mr6Spirit. Not sure how I ended up on this video, but I used to have the same bike til I traded it in for a xc. Had an idle problem too - my problem was due to a bad cell in the battery - new battery, idle problem gone.

Hi Derek, I also own a Hammer S. I understand you had a video uploaded with your victory idle problem. I am experiencing the same problem and not sure what to do. Did you ever figure out the idle problem at all. Could you please share what the problem was? And do you still have that video so I could compare if it is indeed the same problem. Thanks a lot

I'd say strength helps but teqnuiqe is all you need. It is my second year of wrestling and I was very committed through the off season of my first year (which wasn't very good) I'm bot very strong but I finished my eighth grade year with a 19-9 record minus byes and forfeits. I also placed second in the league tournament and will be going to districts in a few weeks. My point is, wrestling just takes good technique, hard work, and dedication to succeed.

The reason his double leg works so well is that he commits the move from start to finish and does not stop driving home the move until the desired result is achieved.

You dont need strength in wrestling at all you need three things. A good mental state, really good endurance (not same as strength) And technique. I would say Technique is the most important because in wrestling you mostly use your opponents weight against them.

@coachcosta69 your mind controls your body, learning and applying proper technique both come from a strong mental state. Stregnth will come naturally and therefore you don't even have to worry about it.

@BootyBot I didn't say he didn't use good technique. He gets under his opponents well, but most of these takedowns he's just picking his opponents up and slamming them. Sure it takes technique to do, but not much. Sometimes it's one handed. Even if he doesn't get both legs in his double, he sure pulls really freakin hard. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd say this guy is stronger than his opponents by a good margin and knows it.
@BootyBot
@BootyBot 13 жыл бұрын
@markhippyshire exactly what evidence do you have to back up the fact that he uses primarily strength and not technique? just because he's strong doesn't mean he doesn't primarily use technique. I smell bullshit.
@markhippyshire
@markhippyshire 13 жыл бұрын
I'd say it's like 100% whatever works for the wrestler. The guy is clearly strong as an ox, so he uses his strength primarily. However, he's not slow at all. Whatever works for the wrestler. It's not some rubric you can apply to everyone.

@coachcosta69 I disagree, I'd say it's more like Skill 30% Stamina 20% Size 20% Speed 15% Strenth 15% But it's like a 5 legged chair, if you're missing any one of those 5 things, you're not gonna be balanced, and you're not gonna be great. Example A 300 pound wrestler who can bench press 700 pounds but has no stamina and no speed will probably lose to a 200 pound average wrestler with good stamina. But at the same time, that 300 pound dude would destroy the olympic gold medalist at 110lb

@Loupnasty mental toughness is different from thinking though.
@Aspartan3
@Aspartan3 13 жыл бұрын
@Loupnasty i dissagree. i feel 90 percent of wrestling is mental. my biggest problem wasnt my speed, strength or lack of technique, but rather the inability to get in the right mind set before a match, escpecailly tournaments. starting off too clam and cautious not only wastes time but also gives your opponent the first oppertunity to create some offence, while being to enraged can result in costly mistakes
