There is limited availability for the kits as he is one man and needs enough demand to make the print run worthwhile. It is probably best to follow when he does Kickstarters as they are usually the best time to get a copy. I believe he just finished a Kickstarter for the Epic terrain, but also is doing a reprint of the Cyberpunk terrain. There may be a possibility of a late pledge for that if the design is of interest to you.

@@SuperEagle112 The Hegemony dwarves look great. The Wood Elves look really aggressive as well. I like the design choice they went for, but I will most likely be making the Scions a third army for myself. Will have to see as more is released.

@@Zweihaender the unit cards from the starter set are currently available in the Warcrow press kit that is available publicly. Eventually there is going to be an app that has everything released so far and I imagine they will release the profiles publicly as units are released. All cards are double sided with English on one side and Spanish on the other.

CB is taking a chance with two IP's that use different core systems. It's a little bit of a cross over road block that other systems don't have[ sticking with the 30 minute turns and chucking huge numbers of dice from the company that should not be named.

You are right that they are taking a chance, especially as it splits interest with those that are into both systems (me). But it also may work out as it pulls in some new gamers with a choice of different approaches to gameplay. We shall have to see how both do in the coming months.

i do tmm like nmm, like u did. first i thought the contrast of the metals are to low but i fixed that with the inks. one thing i would change is spray the yellow first and then do the silver highlighting if i want them to look like steel or silver, now they look like brass, which is also fine 🙂

@@erpagan it came as I was writing. I just started with a situation that gets Victor in trouble and let things run its course as I wrote. I remembered in Red Veil the Al Fasid was smuggled into Yu Jing territory hiding in a portable toilet. I took that humorous idea and thought what would be more harrowing for someone, and a coffin came to mind.

Where does a new player start in Infinity, N5? I bought in to Warcrow, and really like their game style.

@@blkjet117 it will depend on how quickly you want to get into the game. If you are not in a rush I would wait for the N5 starter set. It would be similar in size to the Warcrow starter. Then in the meantime, see if anyone in your area is willing to give you a demo game. Warcrow and Infinity are very different games. If you just want to get stuck in though, and if the factions interest you, then you can still get the latest starter set, Blackwind, that has Haqqislam and Aleph units. I would still recommend getting a demo game. If there is no one around you, you can also play it on TableTop Simulator. I am sure there are plenty on the Infinity discord that would be more than happy to run a demo game on that platform as well.

Chez nous, nous avons fait un résumé écrit des infos captées sur les discords et les vidéos, si ça intéresse quelqu'un : Ariadna Nouveau Armata-2, avec MàJ profil à attendre. NA2 Operateur samsa en version boutique. Triphammer Haqqislam Hussein al-djabel, hassassin fiday Makhtar red fury O-12 Boite de Kludgers + Waveriders cybercombat team JSA, qui devient donc une faction généraliste et non une secto des NA2. La JSA bénéfiera d'un rework plus ou moins partiel, avec des ajouts et des reskins (probablement surtout ce qui était pré N3). Et il y'aura un groupe de renfort appelé le Hayabusa Jorikusentai. Beasthunter Sohei tsugekitai Kyosho saiba yunito Genbutai Daiyokai Domaru takeshi neko oyama La N5 arrive en Octobre,. Il y'aura une reprise du fil narratif d'Infinity pour le mettre à jour des derniers événements dont l'ouverture des trous de vers, celui qui sera en avant sera le trou de ver d'Abraxas qui mènera vers une nouvelle planète à coloniser qui sera le théatre d'un affrontement, avec des nouvelles factions qui viendront dessus pour réclamer des droits. Et les deux premières à s'affronter seront introduite par le biais d'un battle pack. La JSA aura un nouveau logo parce qu'ils ne l'aiment pas. Concernant les règles : - Ils gardent le d20 - La mécanique des ORA - Tout le système ne va pas changer - Ils vont polir le diamant donc certainement prendre en compte les màj et d'autres optimisation à venir (des règles vont changer comme ça a été avec Hyper Dynamique), le but sera de rendre le jeu plus accessible - Un gros update de l'army est à attendre Toute la façon de vendre Infinity N5 changera, de l'emballage, la livraison, du lore et des sorties mensuelles. Afin d'être plus efficace pour servir l'ensemble des clients de faction et qu'ils n'aient pas trop de temps d'attente. Q/A (propos rapportés depuis les discords qui voyaient le stream depuis facebook) - Le retour des Méros serait confirmé. - Toujours pas d'infos quant au retour des tohaa - En QA, Bostria aurait parlé de l'ISS. - Le N5 semble être un coup d'envoi pour tout réorganiser, mettre à jour et optimiser les armées, etc. - Le séminaire s'est terminé sans que soit abordé la piste du mode de TAG, ni n'a été dévoilé la 3e silhouette de Big Thing. - Code One va disparaître pour laisser place à la N5 avec une gamme de produit dite "essentiel" qui visera à fournir une logique commerciale comparable à C1. Il devrait y avoir un livret de règles rapides comme il y'avait avant. - Les factions vont voir leur packaging et leur façon d'être vendue être très lourdement changée donc il va y avoir beaucoup de last chance pour donner lieu à une nouvelle optique de vente, ça peut inclure des fontes de figs et modification lourde de choix de troupes à priori. - Les missiles guidés vont être revus. - Il va y avoir un truc autour des véhicules et ils vont avoir leur propre classe d'unité. - Le CC et les Art Martiaux vont être revus. - Il va y avoir une refonte du mode renforts. - Il y aura deux sectorielles, une avec les forces que nous connaissons, l'autre pour représenter les forces en charge de la défense du nouveau territoire japonais (Shindenbutai). - L'Unicool fera partie de leur catalogue régulier et de leurs sorties, mais il ne va pas supplanter Siocast et le métal. - La saison 2 d'infinity paradise lost pourrait faire intervenir la panocéanie à travers une équipe mirage 5. Il a également fait une phrase à propos d'un pitch potentiel sur la troisième offensive. - Il n'y aurait pas de sortie boutique pour Kassad, donc non jouable en tant que tel (mais je suis pas sûr de sa phrase donc à vérifier). - Des règles plus avancées pourraient également encore venir plus tard, donc en Octobre on n'aurait pas tout le set de la N5 (peut être que ça sera un peu comme pour les règles de fireteam qui sont venus à part pendant la N4, on pourrait penser que le set de règles à propos des véhicules arrive dans un second temps avec les premières sorties de figurines). - L'ONYX se concentrera d'avantage sur sa base Morat. - L'IA Sybille sera amélioré, c'est probablement le futur du wiki. - Les NA2 pourraient ne pas être présent immédiatement à la sortie de la N5 mais ça devrait revenir au fur et à mesure de la diffusion commerciale. - Il y'aura beaucoup d'armées qui ne réapparaîtront pas au lancement, il n'y a pas eu de calendrier donné pour leur réapparition du fait de leur nombre. - Il va y avoir beaucoup de changements dans les profils. - Bostria a dit qu'ils allaient faire revenir d'anciennes armées. - Le modèle de distribution commerciale des factions sera plus condensé et rapide. - Les missiles guidés vont être revus pour plaire à la fois à ceux qui les lancent et ceux qui les reçoivent. - Il y'aura toujours une limite de 15 troupes comme actuellement. - Les véhicule seront une catégorie qui arrive en N5. - Le combat CC va être lourdement modifié et les critiques seront plus efficaces. Les avantages des experts CC et non CC seront plus évident, donc il faut voir ça comme une typification plus forte et évidente de chaque profil. - Le mode de renfort sera plus directement intégré dans la N5 - L'armée combinée va être également retravaillée avec un focus sur l'ONYX. - Les cartes n'étaient que pour la Gencon, c'était plus convivial pour les débutants à la démo. - Il y'a parlent de certains changement de règles comme les attributs avec vitalité. - La vanilla jsa sera autorisée à avoir quelques fireteams en dehors des duo. - La JSA aura ses propres drones et ne partagera plus rien avec Yu Jing.

Désolé d'avance, j'ai utilisé Google Translate pour cette réponse. Le siocast n'était pas trop mal pour moi. Il y avait des lacunes et ce n'est certainement pas adapté aux débutants. J'ai mentionné dans une autre vidéo que l'arme était tellement encastrée dans la cape de l'Hetman, mais une fois peinte, elle avait l'air bien. The siocast wasnt too bad for me. There were gaps and it certainly isn't beginner friendly. I mentioned in another video about the gun being so embedded into the cape of the Hetman, but once it was painted it looked fine.

Uuuunfortunately, LLM chatbots (aka AI) of today aren't good at giving accurate answers because they have no concept of correct or incorrect. They're made to regurgitate text that's statistically likely to be related to the prompt typed, but it's all junk that just happens to be right sometimes. Great if you're looking for a toy, but using this chatbot for rules lookups is a waste of resources. I'd have invested in a site like a RulePop that a number of well known boardgames use. Fast, user friendly, concise, and the site can be downloaded as an app on devices.

In the case of wisemane, what is the meaning of that little lightning symbol plus red dice, exclamation, that appears at the definition of the attack and defence rolls? I will add that the naming and spelling of corvus Belli is very clearly Spanish-influenced, which to me sounds just exotic and weird in a great way.

The lightning symbol means that he will have to take one stress token to add the additional die and symbol as part of his roll. I think that because Corvus Belli are Spanish, it does make their games unique in a way they are approached culturally, which also helps in making them very unique in both how they play and the way the lore is written.

Hey, sorry, it is Infinity speak. Each faction in Infinity has what is known as a Vanilla list. This includes all units from the faction. A sectorial is a more specialized army that makes only a select number of units available to them. The advantage is that these more focused armies get fireteam rules, where vanilla doesn't.

Only problem is the N5 hype has made me cancel my Warcrow order. Don’t have the funds or time for both. Seems a strange decision by CB to steal the wind from the sails of Warcrow especially as the fan base will be similar.

That is probably what surprised me the most and why I didn't think we were going to see N5. I think what prompted it though, is the fact it is a prime time to attract new players to the game. With the TV series trailer, people getting tired of paying for rules for 40K and a general need to improve the entry level impression of the game, this pushed them to release it at this time. I know that the Warcrow and Infinity teams are separate, but it obviously has made a negative impact on the hype for Warcrow, certainly for yourself.

Do we have confirmation on that PS stat being 'Probability of Survival'? I haven't come across that bit of information yet. My community has been speculating that PS is 'Penetration Score', and that it might reduce the target's armor attribute to make their save.

Really great video, new subscriber here! I just finished assembly of this box myself. I ended up using a sharp knife to slice most of the mold lines, and that works decently well. I had the same experience with that big chunky orc having some bad gaps (for me the gaps all ended up on his shoulder). Other than that the characters seem really cool! I still don't understand wtf is goin on with those crazy dice, but I'll keep trying to understand them!! 🙂

I’m assembling mine now and the gaps on the multiparty minis is horrible! The detail is great but I’m going to have to use a lot of green stuff on some of those Orcs! I still don’t like Siocast! I’d like to know what brand of superglue you’re using as mine (Selleys) takes ages to bind.

It was a bit of a bother when putting them together, but nothing crazy bad. I have had worse miniatures when putting them together and now I have them all painted they look great. I have quickly forgotten about any difficulties I had lol. 😂

The game looks interesting, but those dice! I am really starting to dislike how many different games are using so many different custom dice like this. I think it DOES work, so I am not criticizing the use of them from a gaming point of view, just making note how many games do this and overwhelm people when it is not needed.

Sure. A few comments have made a thing about the dice and I get it. I am someone who has a very select number of games and so it is not such an issue for me if I think they are right for the game. I love Aristeia! I think it is the best board game ever made and part of the reason is how the dice system works. The fact that Warcrow uses a modified version of this is right up my alley. But if you are coming from a bunch of other games that use proprietary dice systems, I get why it gets frustrating fast.

I don't consciously collect them, but I probably have a few thousand because when I see ones I like I buy them - I really do love the look of specialized dice like these, but you hit the nail on the head, if you play a lot of games it gets a bit confusing to remember it all - I remember way back when Fantasy Flight games started using them a lot with their games like Runebound and Descent, and then everyone else started too and now it is overwhelming - If you are only sticking with Warcrow or just a couple of systems, it works nicely.
