Some reason that particular flavor is difficult to locate. My two faves still “BrambleberryBerry Crisp” & “Blackout Chocolate cake”.

@@362chop I think this one will rotate in and out of the website line up, but I haven’t found it in grocery store cases like you can with Brambleberry and Blackout

I like snow cones but I did not like this much and have you try the new ones for the fall because the fall lineup is way better than the summer lineup so try Bay Leaf Cheesecake, Sweet Potato Marshmallow Praline, Pumpkin Seed & Rye Cookie and Miso Butterscotch Brownie they all kickass to me Have you had the Bastani Sonnati and Hot Toddy Sorbet because they are kinda new and wanted to see if you liked them because I did not like them and I would pass on them

@@JAG214 it’s funny you say this because I haven’t touched this pint since the review 🫣 it is good I just never have a taste for it! I did try hot toddy and liked it on first taste and did eat more of it than Snow Cone, but did not finish the pint. I didn’t try Bastani Sonnati or any of the fall line up. I’ve had some version of their sweet potato one before and it is good but I could not get behind the concept of the line up - bay leaf cheesecake kinda put me off lol. Ultimately I think I’m going to see what the holiday collection brings and then wind the channel down. I think I still want to do at least one more reviews revisited, and may pop back on here and there if there’s something really exciting.

Thanks for your reviews! I wish I lived near a scoop shop so I could try a flavor before getting a whole pint or needing to ship a big box. I try to look up reviews beforehand and you give a lot of detail. I love how Jeni's does citrus, and while I wasn't a fan of their Mexican Hot Chocolate b/c the of the uniform chocolate flavor and mouthfeel, I do remember how well the spicy heat was infused in it, so Hot Toddy sounds good.

I was very impressed with this flavor. It was my favorite of the recent summer releases. It was one of those that you wanted to scoop another spoonful before you even finish what's in your mouth. 8.5-9/10

I just finished eating this one. I was afraid to buy it because it mentioned it is made with "Sichuan peppercorn ice cream." Actually you do not even taste or see peppercorn. It does, however, have an aftertaste in the back of your throat of a hint of something exotic. Perhaps the Sichuan flavor? It was not bad, but I probably would not buy it again.

In June, I tried it at the Scoop Shop in Calabasas, CA, and fell in love with it. It is a very interesting and unique flavor, one that I have never tasted before. It is one of my favorite Jeni's flavors ! I have looked everywhere for it in NYC, and can't seem to locate it. Thanks for the excellent reviews!

Although Tahini sauce is made with sesame seeds, it does not taste like sesame. Tahini is one of my favorite savory condiments. I am interested to see how it will fare in an ice cream. Thanks for the review!

I actually made this today using home made blackberry and blueberry jam , the base is perfectly balanced . When my grandson tasted the crumble his response “ this is some high level ****”.

Thanks for the feedback - I film it vertically for TikTok and Instagram which generally get more views and this is the only way I know how to convert the format to KZbin without having to shoot the video twice. Open to suggestion if you know a better way!

Have you tried the other two new flavors like the Banana French Toast and the Fluffernutter Pie ? I liked the Banana French Toast better than the Fluffernutter Pie but with that being said I like the Fluffernutter Pie too

A friend got it for me! The gold coating is supposed to have a neutral taste so there’s nothing interfering with the taste of the flavor of the ice cream

100%! I’m finding that sometimes the initial taste test isn’t the best indicator of the flavor. The are a LOT of crispies packed in the pint! A true frenzy.

I also got the pineapple upside down cake, banana brulee, and genmaicha. All were great, the genmaicha a pleasant surprise if you like green tea

And there are flavors she makes with banana bases that I am dying to try but I think I’m allergic to banana so I’m generally not willing to risk it… although I’m considering breaking that rule for Banana Bread French Toast

Luckily I live near a scoop shop and I dragged my boyfriend to try it with me. The second I had a sample I melted..amazing base! I agree with you that I wish it had more chocolate. I countered that at the store with milkest chocolate with it but at home I just have some chocolate syrup. I also had to scramble to buy 2 more pints because only 1 of the 4 jenis in my area even had anymore. I horded 2 for future scientific research 😅 This flavor absolutely needs to be a regular they sell.
