My 14 year old son and I love you videos. We spend a week there every summer, and fish the bank around the inlet and bay. We never have much luck, but learn something new every time. Will be putting some of your tips to use when we are there in a week. Thanks!

What was your bait? The last time I fished at 3r's road I used mullet and got a very nice Bluefish. Sorry, You answered my question once I finished watching the video. Very informative. I really never had any luck with Fish Bites.

I was the same way! But this year somthing clicked and now I can catch fish pretty much every trip, striper and blues on bucktails 3/4oz , 1, 1.5 and 2oz depending on the the tide. I do best with 3/4 , just gliding it , if you over work it you tend to get the blues but if you can just sweep Bottom under bait your chances of a striper go way up. I’d say south side jetty for numbers and north side for quality.

I really like your videos, if you could work on the audio it would even be better. I fish mainly MD and VA for saltwater fish and I could learn more from you and I appreciate all the lessons you give. I like eating fish specially flounder, I get lucky and catch 1 or 2 each year when we go camping.

This is the first time I've seen one of your videos. Good info. I have an area near me that carries current with speed like that. It is very rocky so if you use enough weight to hold the bottom you almost always hand up. I'll try your split shot technique next time I'm there.

The Atlantic Croaker and the white perch are two different fish. The Atlantic Croaker has stripes whereas the white perch does not.

That was something I was taught about when I was a deck hand, So I just picked up and it improved my catch ratio. I have watched guys miss so many fish, swinging for the fences, so to speak.
