TY for trying to establish a "unified" approach...it is time to change & it is discouraging that the discussion in re timely access has not been settled. splitting hairs. Unify all aspects of outpatient care, data, etc. put your heads together, please and let go of your "this is how we have always done it" mentality all assessments are different, your models are different, your definitions are different....the PATIENTS needs are all the same!

As someone with "lived experience" in housing first. It is racist to "care" for adults as if they can't do it themselves. Maybe these "advocates" should find real jobs instead of living off of the disadvantaged. Hire people who will actually help individuals grow and become independent.

if NHH ran their queue like you're suggesting 'first contact' should be clocked, there would be no queue! when you learn someone needs help it should be first contact time to change, you can do it!

Sheryl P, not sure which CMHC/region you're from but GREAT JOB initiating change and meeting those who are asking for help before a crisis is offered your time. Then you outreach them. Impressive and beautiful these folks have little consistency in their lives. I'm sorry they're not reliable, making things difficult to measure. open access is scheduled?🤦
