How do you get to the engine now that the cabinet is behind the seats?
@RicardoBorgo813 жыл бұрын
Hi Saartjie. I leave space enough to open the front seats and have access to the engine. I can also remove the furniture if I need, it's hold to the ground with 6 bolts. Cheers mate
@RoadTrippingSA3 жыл бұрын
@@RicardoBorgo81Thanks for the advice! Yes, I saw some people building cabinets behind the front seats behind the engine, but still, I don't know how they will check the oil.. Thanks for your comments! I am thankful to receive some feedback!

BEO is not the problem, first you will need to get the house inspection report 😁

Thank for sharing. I am from Auckland and always wanting to do something like you did but I have been holding onto it till now because sometime New Zealand authorities are too ridiculously strict. What are the process to get Wof after your modifications? Do you need to provide lots of certifications such as electrical certificate? Thanks
@RicardoBorgo813 жыл бұрын
Hi Aung, you don't need electrical certificate but you will need to go for the inspection to get the self contained license. Just check it on Google, it's very simple. Cheers ✌ 😁

Great van! I'm wanting to convert my van commuter,. how do you remove internal roof panels? any tips, I'm planning to insulate then cover roof with planks,will this work ok, I noticed you replaced panels,love your work, more vids please , regards Paul
@RicardoBorgo814 жыл бұрын
Hey Paul, how are you mate? I did not remove the roof panels, i kept all the original panels. You can use normal house walk insulation for the roof and wall. Check out my pictures, you can download it from the link on the video description. All the best for you. Cheers
