Yeah I used to eat raw sweet potato often at the start of the year. But to be honest, the flavour isn't there. I have swapped it for ripe plantain which is amazing in salad. And also adding pomegranate seeds more often for that sweet kick!

Yes I have a small frame but I was way bigger before. By the start of lockdown I was more than 30lbs heavier and 4 dress sizes bigger!! Lost the weight over the years! ❤

I think so! I've also started giving myself scalp massages almost everyday and then using caster oil and a leave-in mix on my scalp every 2-3 days. I wasn't doing much before and I noticed it's helped with softness and moisture. Do you have locs too sis? xx

That's probably because, similar to most American accents, her accent is rhotic. She pronounces the /r/ sound in all positions and it is phonetically realised as an alveolar approximant.

You’re doing it well. But it’s a daunting task. To a local Nordie you can tell the difference between the accent on one’s street and those on the other side of town. Even the gap of a bridge between you changes the accent. So to my ear you are identifiably Northern Irish but you seem to space shift from East to West Belfast, down to Armagh, over to Derry and back again. Fair play to you though.
