I'm having difficulty losing weight and having more energy, do you have any tips that could help?

Howdy Jada. The energy comes from the food. Your body is also destroyed by the food. If you haven’t already, begin the process of eliminating junk food and processed foods, and replace with a large, nutritious smoothie. Include some of your favourite fruits and veggies and greens. Things like: Banana, berries, spirulina, spinach, kale, dates, etc That alone will give you more energy and you’ll find yourself moving more to utilise the energy. Take it one step at a time.
