I really appreciate your content, giving us a great view of the many different house types and show homes you visit. I’d love to hear you talk more about what the paint colours are around the house. Sometimes the lighting makes it difficult to identify whether it’s white, cream, light beige, etc. that’s used by the interior decorator. Also you could talk more about the different window dressing used, ie. Blinds, curtains, spec and colours. I’m always looking for ideas for my house, so anything about the interior design is of particular interest to me. Thanks.

I'm noticing a trend with a lot of house builders, that they are trying to add x1 more bedroom than the space/square footage realistically and comfortably allows. only 1300 sq ft for a 4 bed is absolutely ridiculous, as proven by the 4th bedroom in this property, it is cramped even for a single bed.. 🤦‍♂️

At only 2100 square feet , this should be a 4 bed ( at best ) that 5th "bedroom" is so tiny it's an insult to call it a bedroom but then I guess they can charge more for a 5 bed versus a 4 bed 🤦‍♂️. The overall design is good but this should a 4 bed.

£1.3m for only 2100 square feet!! 😂😂😂😂 . Love the overall design but most of those rooms are woefully small, especially for the price.

The house is beautiful, I love a kitchen island with the sink in the middle as this prevents mould build up, compared to the sink against the wall, I love this home and can’t wait to move into my dream home before the year runs out, Amen

British homes bedroom, are too small. Limited bathrooms to the amount of bedrooms and the kitchen need more space. The price can be a little less. Maybe £315,000.00

The downstairs toilet has no windows, utility doesnt have a sink. En suite no windows. What the heck who designed this clearly doesnt use bathrooms.
