Thank you for your comment. The house does have a fridge and freezer separate that are integrated under the Kitchen counter top, we just missed highlighting it in this instance but are not missing ☺️

Thank you for your comment. The house does have a fridge and freezer separate that are integrated under the Kitchen counter tops, we just missed highlighting it in this instance trust us they are not missing ☺️

If you work hard, you will be able to afford it. People from Africa countries relocating within 2 years to the UK are getting mortgages with 25% deposits.

I love the entrance and stairs, once your in the kitchen and social area it looked incoherent with the exterior. The exterior was a wonderful mix of traditional and modern perfectly married. The kitchen nook was red leather and had a fifties vibe and had nothing in common with the blue cabinets and the farmhouse sink, the faux greenery was distracting, hopefully any new residents would be able to choose their own finishes

To utilise the space in the lounge, the TV should be where the mirror is. The TV is!wasting the biggest wall in the room. If a big sofa goes on that big wall and another one extending behind the door that will make ample sitting space. An L shape sofa extending to the window may make it difficult to watch the TV from that angle...

Lovely house. I am looking at a Floor development now for my next home and on this development the Waggoner style is similar to this one just a little bit wider so the master bedroom is a little larger and the living room a little larger, with the kitchen/dining room a little longer and slightly different layout. But really love the Floor homes I have seen.... Very taken with them compared to others I have been to look at.
