The kitchen is fabulous! I prefer the en-suite to bedroom two over the one for the primary bedroom though but altogether it’s a lovely house.

I would take the wall down where the utility is, use that space for a larger sofa and put the tv where the current sofa is. That layout is very odd to me, i dont need a utility room over living space.
